I spin around in front of my mirror screaming Like A Prayer by Madonna.

"When you call my name it's like a little prayer." Red sings out jumping on my bed. I hold my brush like a microphone, joining in.

The song comes to an end and we both collapse out of breath. A fit of giggles was shared between us.

"Do you want to go to the movies with Me and Finn? He has a friend who can sneak us in." She lays her head on my stomach.

We have been hanging out with Finn all week. I'm not totally convinced that I like him yet. It's just something about him really ticks me off.

"Is it a date?" I raise my eyebrows and speak in a monotone way. I swear if I have to watch them try to kiss I will throw up.

"NO!" Sadie yells shaking her head allowing her curls to bounce around.

I agree to go. We spent an hour deciding what to wear. Rummaging through my closet, Sadie squeals holding up a striped, blue and purple tank top. I nod my head giving a green light to the shirt.

She swiftly pulls off her red T-shirt and is left in a floral bra. She turns to the mirror holding the shirt over her torso.

"What do you think?" Red questions tilting her head to the side. She examines it closely.

"Yeah- um. Yeah, it looks good." I turn away from her pretending to look for a shirt. My cheeks go hot, I can feel them. I can feel myself go light headed. I yank at a baby blue shirt that is caught between the two drawers of my white dresser. I yank once again harder but lose my balance falling back right on my ass.

Red turns back to look at me wide-eyed. A moment of silence was shared before we burst out laughing clutching our stomachs.

"Come on I think we're ready." Red grabs my hand dragging me down the stairs. We burst through the doors heading for our bikes.

We peddle off to the only theater in our boring, small town. Only a little over 1,000 people live here. With only one of anything we'd need, you can't really say there's much to do.

We turn on Maple zooming through the empty street. We finally make it downtown and see Finn waving over at us. He was wearing a yellow and blue, striped polo with a pair of black shorts.

We push our bikes through the rack and rush into the neon-lit crowded building.

"My brother's friend said he can get us into Pet Cemetery without a parent." Finn smiles widely with excitement.

I go wide-eyed sharing his excitement.
"Holy shit, that's amazing!" I put my hand out to high five Finn. That was the first and last time I'd do that.

Red rolls her eyes and whines.
"You guys know I don't like scary movies. Why don't we just watch field of dreams?" She pleaded, throwing her head back.
