Kyndell's P.O.V.

"Rise and shine guys!" Numerous groans. "We're here." I popped my head up and saw the outside of a run down motel.

"This does not look like the secret murder base holding hundreds of girls." Connor announced, rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

Joana laughed, "Oh no, this is much nicer." Everyone looked surprised, the walls were cracked, windows were missing, and the roof looked as if it was about to cave in on itself. No one seemed to understand just what we were heading into. Sidney was the only one who seemed the least bit excited, her eyes showing everything she thought. Revenge did that to a person.

"We need to discuss exactly how this is going to go down." Kian looked straight at me, "There is no room for error." I nodded and tried to give him a reassuring look. He sighed and opened the door, heading for the lobby. After a few groans and curse words, we crawled out of the van to join him.

"This building does not look like it is up to code." Trevor said, hesitating before walking through the rusted swinging door. Sam grabbed my waist and pulled my body closer to his before following Trevor into the motel.

The only piece of furniture in the lobby was a wooden desk with a middle aged woman sitting behind it. The woman had two tons of make-up on her face and dyed pink hair. Her name tag said: Hello, my name is Frostie. I'm pretty sure when this womans mom named her, Frosted Flakes wasn't her top priority at the moment. I had to bite my tongue to keep from laughing.

"Four rooms please." Kian told the lady, motioning back to the rest of us.

"Twenty dollars." The woman said, reaching under the desk to get four room keys.

"Let's go guys." Kian looked around for an elevator, finding none.

"The stairs are out back." The woman fussed, pointing to the back door.

Slowly, we made our way up the creaky stairs. Kayla slipped on something wet and almost went plummeting down, but Connor broke her fall. They both just sat on the stairs, holding their sides laughing.

Very, very strange.

But sweet.

"What are we going to do?" Ricky asked once we had all squeezed into Kian and Trevor's room. Even Kian didn't seem to know exactly what to say.

"Kyndell? Any ideas? You've been there before." Kian asked, giving me a pointed look. He might have overheard Jc and I in the van.

I took a deep breath. "I think we should split up. Our chances would be better if one group took the first building and the other group took the second." Astrid, Sidney, and Joanna all looked at me like I was crazy. I shook my head at them, giving them a sign to keep their mouths shut. Understanding flashed through their eyes and I knew they knew exactly what was happening.

"I think that's a great idea." Joanna said, "Both buildings are really big, and we won't know where Neal is until we find him." I looked around, everyone seemed to buy it.

"What would the groups be?" Sam asked, eying me suspiciously. I looked up at Kian, praying that he had been listening earlier.

Apparently he had.

"I think Kyndell, Astrid, Joanna, Sidney, and I should take the main building. That's where they are keeping most of the girls, right?" Kian asked. Sidney nodded her head, glancing at Sam and I.

Sam glared at Kian. "Why would you say that?" he asked.

Kian stood his ground, "They know how to get to the girls and my sister is there. They know the floors."Sam still looked exceptionally angry.
