I managed to find a ship, and stumble on board. Most of the crew was sleeping, but a small light was shining in the captain's quarters. I walked up to the door, and gently knocked.

A rough voice spoke from the other side, "Come in."

I opened the door, and stepped inside. The captain looked at me with curiosity and confusion.

He stood up, "Who are you, and what are you doing here?"

My voice was filled with panic as I spoke, "Please, I need to get off this island. I need your help. I can do work around the ship, but I need to get off this island."

His eyes looked from my head, to my hand, and he asked, "Why do you need to leave?"

I stumbled forward, "The Red Captain is on the island. If he sees me again, he might hurt me worse than he already has. I need to get away from him. Please, I beg of you to let me stay on your ship."

"The Red Captain was the one who made you bleed?"

I nodded, and he continued, "He really is a cold hearted and violent man. I never thought he would hurt a young woman like you."

I looked at the floor, and he paused. A strong silence hung in the air.

He sighed, "I'll allow you to stay on the ship. I won't make you do chores like the rest of the crew."

My gaze wandered back towards him, "Thank you so much!"

He gave me a gentle smile, "It's no problem. Is there any place you know that would be safe for you? I can drop you off there. Unfortunately, I can't do much more than that."

"I need to get to any one of the blue islands."

He nodded, "I'll take you to the closest one. We should get there by morning, so feel free to find any place on the ship to sleep."

I nodded, and walked out of the room. I wandered around the ship, until I found a small storage closet. This could work as a place to sleep. I've slept in a storage closet in Blaze's ship, so I should be able to do it now.

I laid down on two crates, and closed my eyes. My body started to drift out of consciousness, and I let sleep take over my body.

Someone was gently shaking my shoulder to wake me up. It felt familiar.

I turned my head, and asked, "Blaze?"

When my eyes adjusted to the light from the doorway, I saw the Captain from last night in front of me.

His rough voice spoke, "Miss, we arrived at a blue island. The Blue Captain is asking us why we're here. It's time for you to get off, and then we'll leave."

I slowly sat up, and nodded. He left, and I slowly followed him out of the room.

The bright sun blinded me as I walked onto the main deck. Once my eyes adjusted, I looked around.

The giant blue ship could be seen a little bit down the docks. A ramp was leading off this ship, and onto the main docks below. My eyes scanned over the docks, and stopped on a familiar head of blue and white hair.

I ran off the ship, and almost tackled Chester in a hug. Tears started to prick at my eyes as I hugged him.

He pushed me off, and looked at me. His face showed shock for a moment as he scanned my body.

His voice was smooth, "Violet? Why are you here, and why are you bleeding?"

A few tears fell from my eyes, "Blaze doesn't want me anymore. He hurt me, and killed Veronica. I tried to stop him from killing someone else, but he did it anyway, and hurt me too. Please, can I stay with you? You're the only one who cares anymore. I shouldn't have left you the first time."

He smiled, "Of course you can stay with me. I knew he would only hurt you in the end. He's a terrible human being. I've always cared for you, and always will. Now, let's get you to the ship, and get your wounds bandaged."

I nodded, and followed him to his ship. It was about the same size as the red ship.

We walked onto the ship, and I followed him to his quarters. When we got in his quarters, he gestured for me to have a seat in the chair near his desk. I did, and he walked to one of the chests in the room. He pulled out bandages and a cloth, and then walked back towards me. He started to clean and bandage my hand as I got lost in my thoughts.

I already miss Blaze. I miss the warmth of his touch. I want to be cuddling with him, hugging him, holding his hand, and even kissing him. But he doesn't want me. I'm not welcome on the red ship anymore. The only one who cares, is Chester.

Chester is one of the fearsome captains, but he's been nothing but nice to me. I've known him, and he's cared about me longer than Blaze has. Chester even supported my flower shop. He was there for me on Paeonia, he's been nothing but kind to me.

In fact, he even likes me in the same way Blaze did. Chester loves me, and I left him behind for Blaze. I've been an awful person to Chester, and he still cares for, and loves me.

Maybe he's better than Blaze. It only took one fight to break me and Blaze apart, but Chester still cares even after I left him behind. Everyone else is gone, or doesn't care anymore. But Chester still cares. He still loves me. He's the only one who loves me. I think that love, is all I need right now.

Chester has just finished bandaging my hand when I spoke, "Chester, you still love me, right?"

He looked into my big purple eyes, and nodded. I gave him a small smile, and stood up. I was now standing right in front of him.

I looked into the one red eye that I could see, and said, "I think...I love you too."

His smile turned into a smirk, and he moved closer to me. He put his hands on my waist.

He asked, "Does this mean you're willing to be my queen?"

"Yes. I will be your queen and you will be my king. I will stay by your side as long as you love me."

Then, I leaned forward, and kissed his lips. His lips were cold, but I continued anyway. He kissed me back, and I could feel his smirk in the kiss.

I'm still loved.
