When I got back to my shop, the man from earlier was still inside. I walked past him, and went upstairs to my room.

I don't have much to pack since I don't have many items. I grab a small bag, and start putting some clothes in. After I pack a few clothes, and my diary, I take a look around my room. There's a small ring sitting near my bed. I walked over to the ring, and picked it up.

The ring was mainly black, but it had faint blue accents on it. This was the ring my mother gave to me when I was little. I can't just leave it here, but Red Captain would be mad if he saw I had a blue ring. Maybe I can just hide it.

I put the ring in my bag, and took one last look around my room. I lived here all my life, and now i'm leaving it behind. I was sad to leave, but happy I could follow my dream. With that, I walked downstairs.

The guy was hiding behind the counter. I gave him a smile, and picked up my book off the counter. With a small wave to the guy, I walked out of my former shop, and started walking towards a giant ship with red accents.

I could see a bunch of people around the ship. All of them were doing something different, but it was clear they were the Red Captains crew. The red clothing made it obvious. A man with short brown hair, and blue eyes was ordering people around. He must be the First Mate.

I walked up to him, and said, "Hi! I'm Violet. The Red Captain said I could come with you guys on your ship."

He looked at me with a bored look on his face, and said, "I know. The captain told everyone that you'll be on board, so you won't get killed. Right now, it would be best if you went on board, and not distract anyone."

I nodded, and started to walk up the long ramp. When I got to the top, I could see more people working atop the deck. First Mate told me not to distract anyone, so I'll just explore for now. There was on room for the main deck, but that's probably the captain's quarters, and I don't want to disturb him.

I noticed that there was a large staircase on the other side of the deck, and started walking towards it. When I walked down the stairs, I saw three doors. I walked over to the wall with two doors, and opened the one on the right.

The room looked like a small storage closet. There wasn't a whole lot in there, but there were a few crates, and cleaning tool scattered about. I closed the door, and walked over to the next door.

When I opened the door, there was a strait pathway with prison cells on each side. This must be the Brig. There was a crew member sleeping on a crate at the other end of the path. He probably shouldn't be sleeping on the job, but I didn't want to go deeper in the Brig. The path split off in two directions, left and right. I could see a few people in different cells from the doorway, but I don't like it here, so I left.

I walked across to the last door, and opened it. The room had tables and chairs scattered about. Across the room was a counter, and on the other side was a kitchen. The room had a very cozy feel. It reminded me of Flynn's restaurant.

I could see a girl working in the kitchen on the other side of the counter. She had shoulder length brown hair, and big green eyes. She wore a brown cap with red ends, a brown shirt with red stripes on the sides, and brown boots with a red hem. She looked lonely, and she was the only girl I've seen so far, so I walked up to the counter.

I lightly tapped the counter to get her attention. She looked up at me with a shocked expression on her face.

I smiled at her, and said, "Hi! I'm Violet. I'll be staying on the ship for a while. It's nice to meet you!"

She took a second, but replied, "I'm Olivia. I'm the ships only cook. Sorry for being so surprised, but I was the only girl on the ship before now. I'm happy to have another girl staying on the ship."

She smiled. I heard the sound of the door opening behind me, and turned around. First Mate walked into the room, and looked at me.

"Captain wants to see you in his quarters."
