"Come back to us, to me"

~Nick's Pov~

It's been a month. I have been in this hospital everyday. The baby didn't make it and now Emma is in a coma. The doctors said it could last up to a year. The boys and everyone comes in everyday but I'm the only one who stays. The boys take Evelyn.

At the moment I am the only one in the hospital.

"Amore please don't do this. We need you. Come back to us, to me" I cried.

"EMMA YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME. I NEED YOU EMMA PLEASE" I cried even harder.

"Daddy, stop crying" I heard. I turned around and Evelyn was standing in the room with Brandon and Charlotte.

"How is She holding up" Charlotte asked.

"She's the same as when I asked last time. Her condition hasn't changed" I said.

"Bro don't worry she's going to be fine" Brandon said.

"We don't know that" I said.

"Have you checked your instagram" Brandon asked.

"No I haven't turned on my phone since that night" I said. My phone has been off since I called Zion.

"Turn your phone on" Charlotte said.

"If Emma isn't calling me then there is no reason" I said.

"Just do it" Brandon said. I turned on my phone. It blew up with Instagram notifs. I had over 3000 of them, dms, metions, and tags.

Most of them were prayers for Emma. It kind of made me smile at how many people cared for her. The other things I didn't even pay attention to. I just don't think I can keep going with out her, I need her in my life.

"Daddy I have a question" Evelyn said.

"What is it" I asked. She walked over and sat on my lap.

"Are you really my dad, that guy said you're not. I want you to be my dad because then I wouldn't have one. And I love you" She said.

"Aww sweetheart I love you too. I don't think I'll get too much into it until mommy can talk to you but yes I am your dad. You'll always have a dad ok" I said. He almost ruined Evelyn. She is too young and innocent for this.

"Ok" She said and walked back to Emma's other side. She whispered something in her ear and placed her head on Emma's chest. She has been doing that everyday since Emma had been here. I don't know what she is saying but I feel like it's bringing life to Emma.

"We are going to leave, I think Zion will be down here later. See you Nick" Brandon said. He kissed Emma's head and Charlotte did the same.

"Bye dad, bye mom" Evelyn said waving at Emma. That hurt me a little. They left. I sat there with Emma, I want to be there if she wakes up. When she wakes up.

"Mr. Mara, you need proper rest. I advise you to go home" The nurse said knocking on the door.

"I'm fine" I said. She gave me a really doubtful look. I walked into the bathroom and wiped my face. I could see all the bags and stuble. I looked real rough. I needed to tighten myself up. I walked and sat with Emma.

"I love you so much Amore, you have to come back" I said kissing her hand and falling asleep in the chair across the room.

~Emma's Pov, In Coma"

It is really weird here. My life is too perfect. Nick and I had our kid. A little baby girl named Nadia. Kaitlyn and Zion had a boy named Nathan. He is the cutest thing. Surprisingly the baby survived the gunshot and I am overly thankful for that. Edwin and Tiffany got married already.

"Nick can you please feed Nadia" I said.

"Of course Amore" He said. I am currently in the studio working to a beat that Brandon made but the words aren't clear. Every time I write them they come out blurry. It's like water spilled on the entire paper. I can never read the words I wrote.

The words don't even come from my head. They are all in the pen. I don't think of them, I just write them. It's so much frustration. I crumpled up the tenth paper today and threw it in the garbage. I walked upstairs and sat on the bed.

Nick walked in with Nadia.

"Hey Nadia, how's mommy's little girl" I cooed.

"Still can't get the words" Nick asked. I shook my head no as I grabbed Nadia.

"EMMA YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME. I NEED YOU EMMA PLEASE" Nick screamed.

"What are you talking about" I asked.

"Huh" He said like nothing happened. I brushed it off and went on playing with Nadia. Then Evelyn walked into the room. She said the words that I use as safe words. That way when she says them she'll always get an answer from me.

"Never Tesoro" I said. She smiled and skipped away. I smiled but Nick gave a confused look.

"Do you want to take the kids out" I asked.

"We can if you want" Nick said. I got Nadia dressed and told Evelyn to come. We all decided to go to the PM house.

"Hey guys" I said.

"Nadia" They all said. They always like the kids more. Then out of nowhere Brandon and Charlotte came and kissed my head.

"Nadia do you want to play with Nathan" Kaitlyn asked. Nadia gave a huge smile. Kaitlyn put her in the playpen.

"How you doing beautiful" Zion asked Evelyn.

"I'm fine uncle Caleb" She said. I laughed. Then I just felt a pain in my chest. Almost like I lost this but everyone was right in front of me. I walked to the kitchen and got a drink.

"Emma come over here" Edwin called. I went to walk but with every step I took the room moved farther. Then everyone started fading away.

"NADIA, NICK, CHARLOTTE" I screamed.

"ZION, SOMEBODY" I screamed as there was nothing but emptiness around me. I put my hand down and saw a pen in my hand. When I looked back up I was in the studio.

Something is definetly wrong.

My hand started moving and just continued to write the blurry scribbles that I couldn't read. Then I heard Nadia crying.

"Nick can you please feed Nadia" I said.

"Of course Amore" He said.

Wait. Didn't we just do this.
