Nathan Jones: Rise of the Frost Devil

Scene 1 "The problem beforehand"

{September 1983: Columbus Ohio}

Megan walks into her house when she entered there was nobody around. She began getting concerned as she walked around she began calling for her mother and father.

Megan Topps- "Mother? Father? Is anybody home?"

After no one answered she walks up a flight of stairs and walks to her room. Upon entering she gasped in horror as she seen her parents lying there dead in a puddle of blood. She walks in with tears running down her face. She kneels down on the ground, her dress lying in a portion of the blood. She jumps as the door swings shut behind her, turning around she looks up at a tall muscular man.

Megan Topps- (Crying) "Jason, what have you done to my parents?"

Jason Corvin- (Smirking) "They tried to prevent us from being together, so I stopped them from breathing. With the help of a knife of course."

Megan Topps- (Gets up trying to run) "Stay away from me you monster."

Jason Corvin- (Grabbing her arm) "Why are you running? Megan, I did this for you... and me... for us. We can be together without them being in our way."

Megan Topps- (Thinking) "OK. I'll do it."

Jason Corvin- (Lets go of Megan) "Good. Now get in the bed, we have some unfinished business to attend to."

An hour goes by as Jason and Megan sit on the bed, Megan, laid down facing the wall.

Jason Corvin- (Getting out of bed) "Don't move, I'll be back."

Jason walks into the bathroom and shuts the door. Megan looks around making sure Jason wasn't looking. She gets out of bed and rushes over to the phone on the other side of the room. She begins calling 9-1-1 as she hears the toilet flush.

Receptionist- (From the other side of the phone) "9-1-1, what's your emergency?"

Megan Topps- (Whispering into the phone with panic) "Help me, there's a guy here. He killed my parents (Chokes on her words) I think he's going to kill me."

Receptionist- "Mam, what's your Address?"

Megan Topps- (Whispers) "The Topps house on the North side of town. Please hurry."

Receptionist- (Over the phone) "Alright mam, officers are on their way. Just hang on."

Megan hangs up the phone as quietly walks back to the bed. The door handle begins rattling, Megan hurries to the bed and lies down pretending to be asleep. Jason walks out of the bathroom and lies down next to her placing his arm over her. While facing the wall Megan begins to tear up while mouthing "Please hurry." Jason sits up looking at her with concern.

Jason Corvin- "So, what were you doing?"

Megan Topps- "What do you mean?"

Jason Corvin- "When I was in the bathroom. What were you doing? (Megan tries to speak) Don't lie."

Megan tries to think what she was going to say until the door gets kick open three officers walk in aiming their guns at Jason.

Officer 1- "Son, let her go and come with us."

Officer 2- "Nobody needs to get hurt."

Jason Corvin- (Looking at Megan) "You called the police. (Picks her up throwing her to the floor) You bitch. I'm..."

Jason goes to step out of the bed until an officer fires a tranquilizer dart at him. Jason fall over shaking the house. An officer helps Megan up, she hugs him while crying.

Officer 3- (Hugging Megan) "There, there. He's going away."

Outside Jason's body gets thrown into the back of a police truck while Megan sits on the steps of her house. An officer walks up to her.

Officer- "Are you alright?"

Megan Topps- "Yeah. (Looks at him with curiosity) Where's he going? If you don't mind me asking."

Officer- "Far, far away from here. He's not going to be allowed near your house ever again."

Megan Topps- "Then where's he going to be placed?"

Officer- "Dublin, Ireland."

The truck and police cars begin driving off as the moon shined down at Megan.
