I surprise myself a lot of the time with the decisions I make.

For a large part of my life, I was in love with Aries, and I mean head over heels in love. I never expected for him to fall in love with me, then tell him he loved me.

The thing is, a couple years ago, I woke up one day and all the feelings were gone. It was scary, because the only thing I'd ever known was loving him.

I thought something was wrong with me because who's in love with someone one day then isn't the next?

Then, he told me he loved me and I tried to love him back, but I didn't.

Soon enough I fell in love with my boss. Plot twist, right?

She's gorgeous, with her shoulder length curly black hair and wide green eyes. She's stern at first, but once you get closer, she's a sweetheart.

The thing is, she's not a lesbian. I already ended it with Aries, and she just broke up with her boyfriend, so she's clearly not a lesbian and she's definitely not interested in me the way I'm interested in her.

I've been going to work and mostly avoiding her, though it's kind of difficult since she's my boss.

To add to the shitty experience, Pisces and Cap got married. Don't get me wrong, I'm so very happy for them, but ever since they got married, I haven't gotten anytime with Pisces, and Cancer has been very vague when she talks to me too. They were my best friends. Now they have husbands, boyfriends, and they can't make time for me.

That's sort of how it's always been with me. I'm the outcast of the group.

I flip the page, scanning the words. I am totally unaware of what is going on in this book, especially because Cancer just got into bed with me with a lingerie.

A lingerie? Okay, we're a romantic couple, not a dirty one.

I don't give her any attention, not even when she puts her head on my chest and her hand on my side.

"I've been thinking," she says.

I close my book and set it down on my nightstand, looking over at her.

"Hm?"

"I've been thinking, and I think we should try for a baby,"

I have the urge to jump up and scream, "yes!", But I retain my calm posture and make sure my breath isn't shaky.

"Yeah? I thought you wanted to go to law school," I say, my breath even.

She laughs. "I heard how quickly your heart started beating just now," she smiles, burying her head more in my chest. "I do, but there'll be time for that. This is our time, and I wanna experience it,"

"Really?"

She nods.

"Really? Really? Oh my gosh, I'm so happy," I kiss her head three times.

She laughs again. "I'm glad,"

She sits up and kisses me gently on the lips. "We're having a baby,"

"We are so having a baby," I say, smiling against her lips.
