Matthew sat shaking in his chair, waiting for Ivan to come. You see Ivan asked the Canadian for a private meeting on certain matters that needed to be discussed privately. The doors opened and Ivan walked in, a smile on his face as he approached Matthew. Matthew stood up to shake hands with Ivan, when he felt the others hand it was noticeably larger than his. Matthew blushed a little and pulled back to sit back down, Ivan did as well. Ivan smiled wider, his violet eyes shinning with excitement as far as Matthew could tell.

" привет(1) Met'yu(2)! How are you doing? " Ivan's cheerful Russian accent snapped Matthew out of his daydreaming.

" I-I'm good. H-how are y-you, Ivan?" The shy Canadian asked.

" Very good, da(3)!" Ivan replied.

" S-so why did y-you want a m-meeting?" Matthew asked, his shy violet eyes meeting Ivans violet eyes, he blushed once more and looked away.

" Oh, I wanted to know if you will go out with me!" Ivan said cheerfully, Matthews eyes widened a little bit.

' how can he be so calm about this?!?' Matthew thought.

" I'm waiting, Met'yu. " Ivan said, standing up and walking over towards Matthew, slowly. Matthew started to panic, to scared to reply so he started to stutter. When Ivan reached Matthew and spun his chair to face him, Ivan slammed his hands on the arms of Matthews chair, starleting poor Matthew even more.

" Answer now." Ivan said, leaning his face close to Matthews, a blush spreading on his face to the point that Matthew felt like his face was on fire. Ivans eyes narrowed and Matthew swallowed thickly.

" o.." Matthew trailed off.

" What was that?" Ivan asked mockingly.

" Oui! Oui(4)! H-how many t-times do you want m-me to say it!?!" Matthew whispered yelled. Ivan smiled gently and kissed Matthew gently on the lips, he pulled away after a few seconds to face Matthew.

" Thats all I wanted to hear, Met'yu." Ivan said pulling Matthew into a big hug, resting his head in the crook of the Canadians neck, breathing in his scent.

" You smell like maple and pine." Ivan giggled out and Matthew giggled as well.
