BOLD LYRICS ARE WALLY, ITALIC LYRICS ARE ARTEMIS, BOTH ARE BOTH. ALWAYS.

Wally West stood at onstage in front of a microphone. Artemis Crock sat on a wooden crate nearby, holding a microphone in her hand. The crowd cheers as their requested song started.

Wally started off. "You know I want you. It's not a secret I tried to hide. I know you want me. So don't keep saying our hands are tied.

You claim it's not in cards, but fate is pulling you miles away, and out of reach from me. But you're here in my heart so who can stop me if I decide that you're my destiny?

What if we rewrite the stars? Say you were made to be mine? Nothing could keep us apart. You'd be the one I was meant to find.

It's up to you, and it's up to me. No one can say what we get to be. So why don't we rewrite the stars. Maybe the world could be ours tonight."

Wally stopped singing, and Artemis stood up and took over. "You think it's easy. You think I don't wanna run to you. But there are mountains, and there are doors that we can't walk through.

I know you're wondering why, because we're able to be just you and me within these walls. But when we go outside, you're gonna wake up and see that it was hopeless after all."

The cheers from the crowd turned to boos, all disagreeing with the statement.

"No one can rewrite the stars. How can you say you were mine? Everything keeps us apart. And I'm not the one you were meant to find.

It's not up to you, it's not up to me, when everyone tells us what we can be. How can we rewrite the stars? Say that the world could be ours tonight?"

Wally joined her. "All I want is to fly with you. All I want is to fall with you. Just give me all of you. It feels impossible. It's not impossible. Is it possible? Say that it's possible." The cheers came back.

"How do we rewrite the stars? Say you were made to be mine? Nothing can keep us apart. Cuz you are the I was meant to find!

It's up to you, and it's up to me. No one can say what we get to be. Why don't we rewrite the stars? Changing the world to be ours."

Wally stopped singing and Artemis' voice dropped as she continued. "You know I want you. It's not a secret I tried to hide. But I can't have you. We're bound to break and my hands are tied."

Boos and groans came from the crowd.

"She has a boyfriend, remember?" Wally yelled. The groans and boos just got louder.

"Break up with him, Arty!" A girl in the crowd called.

Artemis laughed. "Uh, no."

Even more boos.

"Show's over, folks!" Wally yelled and the six teens left the stage. Yells from the crowd.

Artemis' boyfriend Cameron was waiting backstage. "Hey, Babe," He said, wrapping his arm around Artemis' waist.

"Hey, Cam."

Wally looked at the couple and walked over to the refreshment table. He secretly wished that Artemis would break up with Cam, but he'd never tell her that. Even if he did have a crush on her, he wasn't going to ruin her relationship.
