Leo's P.O.V

Seoul, South Korea

9:03 A.M

We took a seat near the window, enjoying the scenery of the busy streets of Hongdae. The waiter took our order before leaving us with a big smile. We look at each other with smiles on our faces, "So how have you been lil' lion?" she asked before taking a sip of her water.

A small smile appeared on my face, "I've been fine, what about you?"

"I'm good but I was worried about a certain someone who didn't reach out to me for the past 2 years and didn't even bother to say goodbye." she sarcastically said.

My smile disappeared and my gut clenched with guilt as I lower my head in shame, "I-I'm sorry...I just had to do it. I hope you forgive me." I said sincerely.

She placed her hand on my chin and raises my chin up, for me to face her. She had a gentle smile displayed on her face as she cupped my cheek, "I understand Leo." she replies and stood up from her seat and leaned into me to kiss my forehead.

She leaned back and returns to sit, just in time for our food to arrive. I began to munch on my pasta, "By the way how are Ma and Pa?" I ask with my mouth full. She chuckles in response and takes a napkin and wipes my mouth. I was feeling like a little child, but I was not embarrassed by it, instead I missed being doted on by her. It's been far too long.

"They're doing great, Ma is into cross-stitch these days and Pa is still managing the business. They miss you very much lil' lion." she answered with a sad smile, which made another wave of guilt hit me.

"What about you Alexis, what are you doing?"

"I'm managing the business with Pa, that's why I'm in Korea right now. I didn't expect to bump into you. Which made me remember something..." she trails off, eyeing me suspiciously, "What's going on with you and Jennie?" I froze and a sigh escape my mouth before I can even stop it.

"What's the sigh for?"

"Nothing." I said nonchalantly.

She raised an eyebrow, "I know you very well Leo Manoban Bruschweiler. Come on, spill." she said sternly, leaving me no room to decline to anything.

"Jennie and I are just friends." Yeah, we're just friends, well I think we are....Friends who kissed, that's what. But there's no way I'm telling her that.

"Yeah sure Leo~" she replies not convinced.

"I'll tell you another time."

"Why tell me another time when you can just tell me now?" she retorts and takes a bite on her ravioli.

I groaned then huff in annoyance, "I forgot you were this stubborn" I muttered.

"What was that?" She asked or more like stated sternly.

"Nothing." I reply blankly, in return she narrowed her eyes on me but just said nothing and continued eating her ravioli.

We're now done in eating, we're just waiting for the bill. "By the way, are you coming next week?" she asked.

I knew what she meant but I pretended not to know anyway, "For what?" I answer blankly. "You know what I mean Leo." she said, sadness in her tone, she was slightly gripping her hand bag, her eyes looking at me expectantly. Those eyes that reminded me of a certain someone. I bit the inside of my cheek before answering, "I will try but I won't promise anything" because promises are meant to be broken. She nods and gave me a small smile and cups my cheek, "Just contact me okay? I'll be here for a week so I want you to tell me if you're coming or not.". I nod and she slides her arm to link with mine as she grins. I grin back, "Where to mam?" I tease.
