CHAPTER TWENTY FIVE - Bye Ardent Academia

Lumipas ang dalawang linggo ay nasanay na ako sa mga estudyanteng nanghuhusga sa pagkatao ko,pero laking pasasalamat ko dahil nang tumagal ay hindi na ito ganoong kalala katulad nung naunang tatlong araw.

In that two weeks I just realized that I shouldn't be bothered about what they think of me because I know myself more than they do. Alam ko sa sarili ko na hindi ako tulad ng mga sinasabi nila tungkol sa'kin and I don't care if they hate me cause I'm not born just to please them.

"I'm so kinakabahan para sa lima!"

"Who wouldn't? Grabe paang lahat ng sama ng loob ko kay Layla nawala."

"Are you taking the slut's side?"

"You're so nakakainis! She's still a student here in Ardent kaya! So we should care for their lives!"

"I agree..they are going there to get the title again!"

"I'm hoping for the best!"

"Makabalik lang silang kumpleto ayos na sa'kin."

"I think my next days wouldn't be normal without those five.."

"Let's just support them."

"I'll miss them! Talaga.."

Today will be our last day inside Ardent Academia because our three weeks of training is done and I can't help but to be nervous cause I don't know if i'll be able to survive the battle.

"You should comeback here completely with the title. Be wise and think before you do an action. We are all so proud of you even though World Battle is not yet starting.You step outside this school complete and  I hope we'll see you stepping inside this school complete again while we welcome you with warm smiles."nagpalakpakan ang lahat ng estudyante sa nakakatuwang speech ng mga headmaster.

"Let us all give our fullest support to these honorable eminents in Ardent..may we call on their leader Zinc Stone together with his teammates Venus Lodge..Ryan Leaf..Layla Andrada and Raiden Storm."

Natapos ang simpleng meeting nang nag alas siete na ng gabi. Maaga kaming pinatulog ng headmasters dahil alas tres ng madaling araw ang alis namin ng Ardent. Halos six hours daw kasi ang biyahe papunta sa South East ng Athanasia.

When I reached my dorm I immediately pack the things that i'll need for one week. I just packed my Ardent Uniforms and also some comfortable clothes and ofcourse the appropriate clothes for the battle.

"Hey Darkel..I can't bring you with me tomorrow so you should behave yourself here okay?"I patted his head. "Meoww.."

I was alarmed with the deafining noise that occupied the whole room and I took a bath and get myself ready for our long trip. We are asked to wear our newly uniform specially made for us five. It's a bright yello shirt with black edges and ofcourse a black engraved logo on the upper right side while our jogging pants is black with a yellow lining on each side.

Pagdating ko sa labas ng Ardent ay bumungad sa akin si Zinc na naka-uniform na rin. It suits him. When he felt my presence he immediately stand straight and he looked at me with an amused look.

"You're three minutes early.."

"But your earlier."matipid kong sagot at natanawan na ang tatlong headmaster na kapwa naka dilaw rin pero yung formal attire lang nila.

"Oh! You two is such an early bird.."naiiling na pambungad ni Headmaster Sherica.

Hindi naman nagtagal ay dumating na rin sunod sunod ang iba pa na sinaktuhan na dumating ang itim na van na may gintong logo ng Ardent na siyang sasakyan namin.

Paglabas namin ng mismong gate ng Ardent ay hindi ko maiwasang mamangha sa sobrang laki at taas ng gate nito na talagang hindi basta basta mapapasok ng kung sino.

"Gosh! I'm getting nervous!"ginawa na naman ni Venus ang kaniyang signature rolling eyes.

"Edi bumaba ka na."pabalang na sabat ni Ryan.

Napailing na lang si Raiden at Zinc dahil alam kong alam rin nila na magsisimula na naman ang bangayan ng dalawa.

"Huwag ka ngang epal dahon!"she exxageratedly flipped her hair while rolling her eyes on Ryan who's beside him.

Kitang kita ko sila dahil katapat ko lang ang mga ito habang si Zinc naman ay nasa likuran ni Ryan at Venus tapos si Raiden ay sa likod ko na katapatan naman ni Zinc. Ang tatlong headmaster naman ay nakahiwalay sa isang itim rin na sasakyan.

As the van got farther..the gigantic gate of Ardent Academia slowly vanished in my sight that also gave me a heavy feeling that i'm not very familiar with.

In several weeks of staying in this world I can't help but to think on what will be my life if I was born to be a normal human..no abilities and powers at all but half of my mind is saying that I won't experience the things that happened to me if I'm no Athanasian cause experiencing those unfamiliar and unknown things gave me a lot of lessons in my life that also made me a better person right now.

I Layla Andrada is slowly accepting my fate being an Athanasian and I don't have plans on dying yet..but unfourtuantely death is inevitable and I hope I'll survive cause I want to fully accept the fact that I really belong in this world.

Nakalipas ang halos isang oras ay nadaanan na namin ang lugar ng Pathagonia at papasok na kami sa lugar ng East Destroa. Masasabi kong napakagaganda ng lugar dito sa Athanasia kahit hindi ko pa ito nalilibot masiyado.

Halos lahat ng mga bahay sa Pathagonia hanggang sa Destroa ay puro malalaki at mala-mansiyon. Malimit ang mga maliliit na bahay katulad sa Casteria.

Nang madaanan naman namin ang lugar ng Lasdrian ay hindi gaanong naglalakihan ang mga bahay na nadadaanan namin..mga simple,moderno at elegante. Lalo naman akong natuwa ng madaanan namin ang gate ng Evelia High malaki rin ito at may kataasan pero medyo maliit ito kung ikukumpara sa gate Ardent Academia.

Nanatili na ang katahimikan sa loob ng sasakyan at habang tumatagal ay dinalaw na rin ako ng antok.
