"Um can someone tell me what the fuck is going on here?"
Ayan interrupted the meet and greet, suddenly noticing Manik and Nandini's intense gazes at each other.
"Oh, uh right! Malik, this is Fab5 and Navya, my friends from Mumbai, remember na, Space?",
Nandini explained, although she didn't know why, Malik already knew this, he'd seen their pictures, heard her talk about them.
"And guys, this is Malik, oops, Ayan Malik, unfortunately my best friend,"
she said, earning a nudge from Ayan,
"and Raic-Rehaan Raichand, my other best friend. You can see that my choice is great."
She continued, shaking her head at both of them.
"Please haan Murthy, tu humaare bina na abhi tak teen baar jail jaa chuki hoti. Only we have the patience to deal with your antics."
Rehaan joked, taking everyone by surprise. Good girl Nandini, and jail? What even?
Manik looked at the three with a heated glare, he couldn't just stand the familiarity the three shared, one that he used to have with Nandini.
"Listen that was ONE TIME. Anyway forget it, Maddy, in logo ko bhai se milna hai right? That's fine then, you can attend your class, we'll show them around a bit and then take them to his office, I needed to go there anyway. "
Nandini said to Maddy, making Team Space's curiosity heighten. Where did this bhai come from now?
Maddy nodded sadly and turned to leave when he heard Nandini say thank you, causing him to walk while looking at her, in a daze, when he suddenly collided with a wall.
He gave an embarrassed smile as Nandini's eyes widened, Ayan and Manik rolled their eyes and Cabir and Raichand laughed.
"Now that that's over, I'll give my formal introduction myself.",
Ayan said glaring at Maddy's retreating figure,
"I'm Ayan Malik, Raichand and Murthy's childhood best friend. I think we know each other since we were four?"
He said, with a questioning glance at Nandini, who nodded.
"And I'm Rehaan Raichand, the funny and cute one. You can probably tell. Murthy has a huge crush on me, she's like obsessed with me."
Rehaan added, getting smiles and chuckles from everyone except Manik, who wanted to punch the daylights out of this extremely outspoken boy.
"The only thing I have for you is this, Raichand",
Nandini replied showing him a middle finger and shoving him in the chest as he laughed, shocking Fab5 and Navya in the process with her 'bold' move.
"Oh shit yeah, I'm sure you're all confused as to how I'm here, and how I fit into all this,"
Nandini turned to her old friends with a sheepish smile, as they looked at her with anticipation.
