Hello everyone! Aaaaaaand I'm back with a new chapter! I'm quite excited for this one, you'll get to see the first glimpse of the Oberois, and see the FIERCE Nandini. For this chapter, I took a lot of inspiration from two of my personal favorite Hindi film female roles, who coincidentally share the same name! Aditi from Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na (Genelia D'Souza) and Aditi from Ye Jawaani Hai Deewani (Kalki Koechlin)! I had so much fun writing this, and I hope y'all have even more fun reading it.
Please please keep voting and commenting and omg yes, tell me if y'all like the songs i plug!
Song Of The Chapter: Alizeh, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
----------------------------//----------------------------
"Why the fuck is this asshole here?"
Team Space looked shocked. Did Nandini Murthy just swear? Twice? In the same sentence?
Manik didn't know whether to widen his eyes or smile impressedly. He just knew one thing, even abuses sounded sweet and innocent when she said them.
The three musketeers got up, and turned around towards the voice, already rolling their eyes.
"What do you want, Dewaan?"
"Oh, you know exactly what I want, Raichand. I want a fair rematch, after that fuckall mess you made last week.''
Aryan Dewaan said, with revulsion in his eyes. Aryan was a student at Easton Prep, St. T's known rival.
He was rich, handsome and smart.
The only drawback? He didn't even compare to Malik and Raichand.
Manik was looking at Aryan, scrutinizing his every expression, his every move. He could tell this boy was trouble. Reminded him of that two timing jerk Harshad.
"Are you serious, Dewaan? How the hell is it Raichand's fault that your goalkeeper is a blind moron, didn't see his ball coming, and it broke his nose? At most, Raichand offered to pay his medical bills too. For his eyes, I'd recommend another specialist."
Malik said, taunting Aryan, while the students in the cafeteria chucked. It was always fun watching a showdown between these rivals.
"You stay out of it, Malik. Or-"
"Or what?"
Nandini interrupted, more like threatened, in a loud voice.
"Exactly what can you do, Dewaan? You have some nerve, standing here in front of us, in our college, talking to us about consequences. Kya? Itna fragile ego hai tera? Losing the match wasn't enough, now you're here to say it was unfair?"
Nandini continued, Fab3 and Navya watching her with their jaws open, while Manik and Mukti smirked. She'd grown fierce. She completely ripped apart the boy, just by using her words.
"Listen, Oberoi, and listen good. You might be a fucking princess in your little mansion, but here, you're just a little girl, shouting at a man. Tu jaanti nahi hai main kaun hoon."
Manik let out a growl while Ayan held his hand in a tight fist. He did not get to talk to her like that, nobody did.
Cabir and Rehaan restrained them, not wanting to create a scene in front of everyone. Nevertheless, Rehaan knew, Nandini could handle it her own way very well.
