It was 5 am, a peaceful early morning, marked with birds chirping, great weather and pleasant morning air. Oh, and two metal pans banging against each other.
"What the fuck is that noise?"
Malik yelled, eyes still closed, cringing as he was awoken from his deep sleep due to Nandini Murthy banging utensils right besides his ear.
"Murthy main tera mooh tod dunga SHUT THE FUCKING UTENSILS UP!?"
Raichand yelled from his bed, wincing at the sharp sound.
"Malhotra for god's sake, get her to stop! MURTHY YOU PSYCHO CHUP KAR!"
Malik yelled at Nandini, who seemingly paid no heed, while Manik stood besides her, clutching his ears helplessly and looking like he'll fall on the floor in sleep any second.
"I'm not stopping till you're both out of your beds and into the washroom!"
Nandini asserted, as Manik took a deep sigh and nodded as if saying "she really won't stop".
"Abbey dono ek saath ghus jaaye kya? Band kar pehle ye."
Raichand yelled, getting out of bed and muttering silent abuses as he went into the washroom, with Nandini smiling brightly.
"I hate you."
Malik murmured before getting out of bed too, meeting with Manik's sympathetic gaze as he went out of the room to use his washroom.
"No you don't!!"
Nandini yelled behind him cheekily, to which he rolled his eyes and left.
"Why would you think this is the best way to wake anyone up? And why am I up? Mera toh Musical hai bhi nahi for fuck's sake."
Manik whined, complaining as Nandini chuckled at his expression.
"You're up because you're the best boyfriend ever, right?"
Nandini chirpily said, to which Manik struggled to control his smile.
"I hate that you're so happy this early in the morning."
He said before leaning in to kiss her, making her giggle.
"GREAT! Now I won't be able to have breakfast before puking! Just rude."
