Aaand I'm back. I have to say, yall are incredibly supportive and amazing and I love everyone of you so much for continuing to stick to this book even though the updates are a bit crazy for now. I really hope you don't quit on this book, because I absolutely love this story, and spoiler alert, I am already planning a possible sequel/spin-off for it!
"Everyone, we have less than a WEEK to go for the Mehendi, and Mehendi ke seedha baad we have the Sangeet in the night. We have a shit load of stuff to do."
Mira exclaimed like the Captain of a ship, her organized persona striking through as Cabir chuckled at Rehaan, who was smiling at her dreamily.
"Haan guys, humko Sangeet rehearsals karni hai, decor aur color scheme finalize karni hai, outfits decide karne hain-"
"Saans bhi leni hai."
Manik interrupted a flustered Nandini who kept barking out orders without a breath, making her glare at him with pointed eyes as Malik chuckled.
Things had gotten much better between Malik and Manik, after that trip home. Malik had been a bit more distant with everyone, but for him, Manik was a lot more tolerable now.
"Ye joke tha?"
Nandini asked Manik tauntingly, her eyebrows raised.
"Tha toh."
Manik replied, challenging her, as Mira and Rehaan smiled at the pair, shaking their heads.
"I don't like jokes."
Nandini reverted with a pout, childishly.
"I don't like youuuu."
Manik said to her, mimicking her face exactly as the others faceplamed. Inka shuru hone ke baad khatam hota hi nahi.
"oh excuse me, Rahul ji, Anjali ji. Ye Kuch Kuch Hota Hai nahi, shaadi ki planning chal rahi hai, apne ye dialogue thodi der band rakhlo."
Cabir remarked, making everyone chuckle as Manik gave him a death glare as if saying, "saale abhi abhi toh patti hai."
"Oh my god. I've got it!"
Mira suddenly yelled, holding Rehaan's hand in excitement, which made him turn red as a tomato, making Mukti, Malik and Cabir snicker as they were the only ones who noticed.
"Got what, brains?"
Malik said with a smirk, unable to control himself.
