♡ USJ (Pt 2) ♡

Rani P.O.V

"Sorry, I can't let you guys leave." He speaks in a deep voice. I growl and get ready to attack, when suddenly out of the corner of my eye I spot Bakugou leap out from behind me and run towards the villain, followed only moments after by Kirishima.

"KATSUKI! KIRISHIMA!"

With eyes wide, I watch as Both Bakugou and Kirishima leap at the Villain, only to go straight through him. They look to each other before back at him, confusion written on their faces. The Vortex man sighs after a moment, surrounding most members of the class with his quirk.

I cover my eyes with my arms, trying to work out where everyone was. I could hear the screams of my classmates, but it was pitch black. I couldn't see a thing. After a few moments, I lower my arms to find that I'm no longer by the exit, but on top of one of the rescue mission simulation areas.

I look around before I hear something from my left. My eyes widen for a moment, before I run towards the sound. It could be one of my classmates, and I wasn't going to let them get hurt.

When I finally arrive at the source of the noise. I find that the entire area, including a bunch of villains, are covered in ice. I immediately know that Todoroki was nearby. I then slowly make my way out from behind the rock I had been hiding behind, and as if I was controlling fate, there Todoroki is, standing near one of the caterpillar villains.

From where I was standing, I could see his mouth moving. I take a few steps forward, before Todoroki finally notices my presence.

"Rani!" He shouts. Without warning, Todoroki runs over to me and hugs me tightly. My eyes widen from the sudden actions, but soon enough I hug back.

"Hi. I'm here."

"I was so worried! Are you ok? Are you hurt?" He questions. He begins to check over my arms, but I shake my head and laugh.

"Shoto, I'm fine!" I say. He slowly nods at me, eyes still full of concern. "But shouldn't you be dealing with them first?" I add, pointing directly at the villains. Todoroki follows my finger, before nodding slowly. Before he has the chance to say or do anything, With arms crossed I make my way over to one. I stand in front of the same guy Todoroki was talking to earlier, as Todoroki follows me over.

"Listen here, asshole. At this rate, you are going to die from hypothermia. But me and my friend here are aspiring to become heroes, so we'd like to avoid any death if possible." He stares back at me with wide eyes, my face remains unchanged. "Tell us why you are and your plan. If you do, we'll think about letting you escape from Death's clutches."

I feel Todoroki's stare in the back of my head, and I already know he was just as surprised as the Villain. The thug looks at me with wide eyes, before turning to Todoroki, after just a moment he turns back to me and responds. Stuttering from how cold he was.

"A-Alright! Alright! W-We came here to K-Kill All Might, and C-Capture you." Todoroki suddenly steps forward and speaks. I continue to look at the Villain though.

"What do you want with her?"

"I-I don't know. We weren't t-told why. We were just told to k-kill All might and bring back the G-Girl alive." I take a moment, making a 'hmm' sound before backing away.

"Very well. You've been a great help. Thank you." With those final words, I begin to walk past the villain towards the centre of the USJ. "Shoto, Mind making it so he doesn't freeze to death?"

"Sure." Is the answer I'm returned with. After a few moments of me walking on my own, Todoroki finally catches up to me. We walk together in silence before he suddenly turns to me.

"Do you have any idea on why the Villains might want you?" Without turning to him, I hum and nod.

"I have a few ideas, don't know exactly though."

"Wait, you do?" I nod again.

"And what would those reasons be?"

"Let's just say I have some history with certain villains." Todoroki stops in his place and looks at me, it takes only 2 steps before I turn around and look at him. Todoroki has both a shocked, concerned and serious look at his face.

"What do you mean by 'history'?" he asks. I turn around to fully look at him, before placing one hand on my hip.

"Before you even think it, no I'm not a Villain. I'm not evil. I just have some family history with certain villains. But that's a story for another day." I turn away from him, taking a step forward before adding; "I promise I'll explain to you everything eventually, but I'm not ready to. Besides, now isn't the time. We have classmates to save." After just a moment, I finally hear a response from him.

"...Right. Let's go." Todoroki runs past me, grabbing my hand, before the two of us run towards the centre together.

When we finally arrive, the sight we find is horrible. Aizawa has his head planted into the ground, a pool of blood and a crater surrounding him. On the other hand, Tsu, Midoriya, Mineta and All might are all present at the time.

They are located on the other side of the courtyard, speaking with the handyman I saw earlier. I glare him, before I turn to look at Todoroki. He does the same.

"You should stay here or head up to 13." Todoroki states.

"And why's that?" I ask in return.

"These Villains are after you, you should be with the pros."

"Come on Shoto, You should know I'm not going anywhere. Why do you think 13 didn't tell me to run like the rest of you?" His eyes widen at me, before he returns to his normal Monotone expression. We suddenly hear a scream from where our classmates are, and find that All might is currently in some sort of Portal created by the Vortex man and has a creepy creature digging into his side.

My eyes widen, before I suddenly jump up from where Todoroki and I were standing and run towards the chaos.

Narrator P.O.V

Todoroki watches with eyes widened as Rani runs towards them. He shakes his head, curses himself and her under his breath, before following after her. He slightly understood why Rani wasn't going anywhere, that was just the person she is, but at the same time, he hated it.

He had a feeling in his heart, he didn't want Rani to get anywhere close to the battle. He didn't want her hurt. He didn't have enough time to think about it though, as the same red and white jewel Rani had used when she showed the class her quirk flew from him.

It flew at a high speed towards Rani, before landing in her palm.

"Hey, Asshole!" Rani shouted. Tsu, Midoriya, Mineta, and the 2 villains all turn to look at Rani. Using Todoroki's quirk, she suddenly stopped herself and turned her foot to the side. Todoroki watched as ice came out of her foot and towards the villains, freezing the creature's hands but not reaching All might.

All might then managed to pull himself free from the Creature's grasp, as Rani began to run again. She made her way over to them fully, stopping beside All Might and eyeing the two villains.
