It's just that NCCHC is the old name of the commission. I think 2016 nila binago yung pangalan into Nueva Castallon Commission on Culture and Cultural Heritage.
Since you're sending out interview request letters, use the longer name na.

I heard he wants to focus on some personal requirements kaya ganun.
So Fr. Lu is the director for the meantime (hence the term interim director). His office is until Holy Week lang because the Archbishop really gives the new assignments during the Chrism Mass. Someone new will take over then.
But Fr. Lu's been working with the CHC for a long time so he knows a lot of things naman. Don't worry.
