"Tyler?" Jenna's soft voice woke me up.
"Yes, love?" I rolled over to face her.
"I can't sleep."
"Why not?"
"Because someone won't stop kicking." She laughed softly.
"Aw," I sat up in bed and put my hands on either sides of her stomach, pressing my forehead against it as well, "Sweetie, you need to stop partying so momma can sleep." I felt a small kick against my head. "Don't give me attitude." I laughed.
"She's a sassy one." Jenna smirked, "I think she likes her new move."
"I suppose so." I laid back over on my pillow, "Do you want to watch something since your up anyway?"
"Friends?" She asked.
"Perfect." I turned on the tv and found the show on Netflix. "Here, lay back and try to sleep." I moved to the middle of the bed and she laid in my lap, I gently rubbed her shoulders while she watched the show. I didn't even notice that it was already five in the morning, she had been laying by herself for three hours before she woke me up. I moved my hands up into her hair and played with her hair until I looked down and she had her eyes closed. "Are you asleep, love?" I asked quietly, hoping there wouldn't be an answer.
"Not yet." She whispered. I waited a few more minutes, hoping the baby would calm down so Jenna could sleep.
6:00
I clicked the button on my phone and saw the bright white numbers. Jenna had just fallen asleep, still laying in my lap. I was pretty awake now. I picked up my phone and sent a text to Josh.
Tyler: just got Jenna back to sleep, you up yet?
Josh: Yep. Just about to go for a run... Want to hangout instead?
Tyler: nah, you can go for your run.
No reply. I sat my phone back down and looked up when someone opened the door, "You were suppose to say yes so I would have an excuse to not go for a run."I laughed at Josh's comment, "Okay, I'll be out in a second."
"Do you need help moving her?"
"Yeah, if you don't mind." He stepped into the room and we moved Jenna carefully out of my lap. I followed Josh out the bedroom door and to the living room.
"How long have you been up?"
"Since like four thirty or five."
"Dang, man."
"Yeah, Jenna couldn't sleep. I'd imagine she'll sleep in today."
"I hope so. She needs it." I nodded my head, agreeing with the statement.
My phone buzzed in my pocket, I brushed it off. Until it happened again. Then again. Then again. "Who the heck is trying trying to call me this early?" I groaned and pulled out my phone. Three text from Zack. One text from Jay. One text from Maddie.
Zack: Call me ASAP
Zack: Tyler, I'm so sorry.
Zack: TYLER WAKE UP AND CALL MEJay: Ty, I'm so scared.
Maddie: Tyler, please call me.... it's important.
Panic filled my eyes and I unlocked my phone. Josh stared at me, confusion on his face. My shaky hands clicked Zack's number.
"Tyler," his voice cracked, I could hear Tatum behind him, whispering to him that "it's okay" and "just breath. Nothings happened yet."
"What? What's going on?"
