Can I just say how happy I am you decided to stick up for patton because what kind of monster wouldn't?!?
Virgil stood his ground.
"It's either me and patton, or you return alone ... Sorry, logic, but I won't abandon him."
The shadows in the room seemed to grow stronger, and rather then a homelike place, the house was a few ripped curtains away from a horror movie.
Pattons meek protests still went on in the background, but logics expression showed he didn't want to leave patton either, dispite his orders look at ma gay babies
"Morality, if you don't mind, we must escort mr Umbra to headquarters, and therefore it seems, you must come with us."
Patton was trying not to smile, but he nodded solemnly and returned to his room, packing a small bag.
Logic smiled after him, then turned to Virgil, his face stone, and said
"Your going to regret that."
Virgil knew that there would be consequences but he couldn't bring himself to leave Patton here to slowly go mad.
"I would regret leaving him behind even more"
He spat defindently.
Virgil was unsure if he liked logic, he didn't seem to have any motivation other then to complete his orders.
Patton returned holding a small bag my iPad auto corrected that to smol and that explains me in a sentence.
And they left in an awkward silence.
Patton tried to start a conversation a few times, but logic kept his eyes firmly ahead and refused to engage in any banter.
The only sign he could hear Patton was when patton made a pun, he would smile, before forcing himself to stop.
Then Patton tried to talk to Virgil... but Virgil couldn't bring himself to awnser his happy questions in the same way, so the conversation fell on its face... Because I cant write dialogue (or anything) until Virgil voiced the question that had been on his mind from the beginning:
"What exactly is this resistance group resisting?"
Patton figited with his cardigan ... saying nothing.
Logic eventually voiced an awnser
"when someone registers their existence with ISSPT, the idea is that they will be allowed to live normal lives... only they aren't. There's a reason you never meet anyone with powers who isn't working for us or ISSPT ... and its because ISSPT kills them."
Logic stopped the car. Technically he had been driving illegally, but if he was caught existing he'd be killed on sight, so frankly he didn't care.
Flick the police.
Besides, he was probably the best driver to exist, ever, as he had a fond regard for (fair) rules.
They had arrived at hq.
It was time to get some awnsers.
It was time to face the music for insisting that Patton came along...
They had to decide how they were going to behave

CHOOSE

Virgil and Logan should be meek and apologetic for bringing Patton

They have nothing to apologise for and should act as if they did nothing wrong (they didn't do anything wrong)

This is a weird choice but I assure you, there is method to my madness.
Basically, this will effect their relationship with Patton, or the resistance.
If they have a good relationship with the resistance they are more likely to be able to keep a certain person alive, however a bad relationship with Patton is also bad.
Find a balance... drama.
