Chapter 50

CHAPTER FIFTY

Sadie's pov

The Olympics officially start tomorrow. It seems like we just got put on the team yesterday, but it was really almost three weeks ago.

"Sadie! We have to get to the gym! It's our last day of practice!" Jessica yells

"I'm coming!" I yelled back as I put my hair up in a ponytail

"Finally! Lets go!"

We get to the gym and see that Caterina and Gabby are on the bars, Molly, Sam, and Isaiah are on the beam, Parker and Caden are on table horse, and then William is on vault. I go to floor and Jessica goes to vault.

In the Olympic gym there's two sets of bars, three tall beams, two table horses, two vaults, and one floor. That's a lot compared to my gym.

I quickly turn my music on then do my routine.

"Good job Sadie!" Dusty tells me smiling

I watch Jessica on the vault and see that she's getting better, but I'm still the vault master.

"Ok everyone! Onto the floor!" Amanda, the head gymnastics lady, says

Everyone runs over by me on the floor. Then Amanda continues, "The Olympics start tomorrow for you all! The opening is tonight! Wear your USA leotard and sweat suit because after the opening we are coming back here to practice for an hour!"

We all nod.

"When will we be dismissed to I get ready?" Gabby asks

Classic Gabby.

"When I say so." Amanda replies, "I'm going to watch all of you on bars, beam, and vault. Then the ladies on floor and the gentlemen on table horse. In all of them I will choose the top three girls and the top three boys. Those people will be competing when we do the team completion where only three compete from each team, or six from each country."

We all nod.

"Bars first, then beam, vault, then we'll go to floor, and lastly table horse."

We all go get our grips and get ready to do the bars.

"Gabby first!" Amanda says loudly

Gabby goes up to the bars and does her routine only stumbling a little on the landing.

"Caterina!"

Caterina's routine is flawless!

"Molly!"

Molly's routine is perfect!

"Jessica!"

Jessica did pretty good.

"Sadie!"

I think I did pretty well.

Then all of the boys went and they all did really good.

"For girls on bars we'll have Molly, Caterina, and Gabby! For boys on bars we'll have Parker, Sam, and William."

We all did pretty well on beam.

"For girls on beam we'll have Caterina, Gabby, and Molly. For boys we'll have Caden, Isaiah, and Parker."

Some of us did good on vault, others did horrible.

"For girls on vault we'll have Sadie, Gabby, and Caterina. For boys we'll have Isaiah, Parker, and William."

Gabby, Jessica, Molly, Caterina, and I did pretty good on floor but I don't know.

"For girls on floor we'll have Jessica, Gabby, and Molly."

Then the boys did table horse, I never have understood it.

"For boys on table horse, we'll have William, Sam, and Caden."

All of us were excited.

Molly, Caterina, Parker, and William all got three to compete in, Jessica and I got one, Isaiah, Sam, and Caden got two, and then Gabby got four.

"Good job! Now go get ready for opening ceremony!" Amanda tells us

We all left and went to our dorms. Molly came with the girls though.
