*Shawn's POV*
"Mendes, you've been flopping lately. Why is that?" My trainer, Alex, asked.
"I'll try harder" I said.
"50 pushups NOW!"
Two minutes later...
"thirty five, thirty six... phew." I said as I stopped doing pushups.
"Why did you stop?!" He asked.
"I... can't... Alex" I said while running out of breath.
"There's no such thing as 'I can't', I'll give you a few minutes break, then we'll come back to where you stopped."
I nodded and went and sat on the bench beside the gym's locker room.
After my break was done I went back to the gym's room.
I saw my fiancé, Sophia standing with my trainer.
"Sophia? What are you doing here? Your workout days are during weekdays." I said.
Me and Sophia shared the same personal trainer, she liked going during weekdays, since she thinks the gym is not worth her time on weekends.
"Well, Alex told me you're demotivated and clumsy so he called me for you to be motivated." She said.
Alex nodded.
"Come on, 50 pushups in two minutes, starting NOW. Impress your girl" He said.
I looked at Sophia "you can do it babe" she said before I started, it gave me all the energy and motivation I needed.

"......:Forty nine, fifty" I said
"Shawn, you did that in 1.25 minutes, impressive! You must really love her huh? NEXT EXERCISE!"
I saw Sophia chuckle, it made me smile.
"Now Shawn, take this weight and do 50 squats!"
A few seconds later...
I ran out of breath, so I stopped squatting.
"Shawn, do you really want to let Sophia down?" Alex said
"Never" I said.
I saw her cheeks turn pink.
"Then continue!" He said before he whistled his whistler loudly.

"Last exercise Mendes, let's go!"
Before I went to the next exercise I told Sophia "give me a kiss"
She gave me a soft kiss, the things she does to me.

"Aaaaaand you're done for the day, great job Mendes!" Alex said
