(A/N: This is a long chapter, but I just wanted to show all of the differences between the two in one go. Sorry...it's literally three times as long as the others so far. Bear with me, if you can, I tried to make it as enjoyable as possible. I hope you like it!)

It was weird, not hearing anyone talking or laughing after so much just minutes before. Dez suddenly felt like her apartment was too big, too open. Too many spaces to feel alone. Dez decided to distract herself and cool off at the same time, changing into her swimsuit and hitting the pool so she could sort her thoughts and feelings while she floated around in the water.

A float turned into a swim, Dez loving the stretch and bunch of her muscles as she did a few laps. She didn't beat herself up, but just got her blood pumping and her limbs moving to make her feel more human. Swimming was her favorite thing in the world, the smell of the clean water and the feeling of it as it moved over her skin. She had dreamed of a having a place that had a pool when she was little, as she sprayed her hose up the air over her head in the yard. Her school was too small to have a swim team, but she spent nearly every day of every summer at the pubic pool until the year she graduated and moved. She hadn't been able to swim in a few years, and now she was ready to wallow in the feeling every day that she could. As she floated again, she thought of how she might be able to afford to build an enclosure around the patio before summer ended, so she could swim year-round. Her thoughts were interrupted as heard a splash of someone else diving into the pool with her.

Going upright, she looked around, but couldn't see anyone in the water as the sun reflected off of the surface. She tread around in small circles, searching, and letting out a loud yelp as she felt hands grab her waist just before a head of hair emerged in front of her.

"Yoongi!" she shrieked as he shook his head and splattered water on her face, "You said you didn't swim!"

"I said I didn't prefer it," he intoned, pulling her close so her arms wrapped around his neck naturally, "I never said I wouldn't jump in to the follow after a gorgeous siren."

Dez sputtered, blushing, "You still have your clothes on!" she laughed, looking at his body through the water.

"Desperate times, Babe," he chuckled, bouncing as he moved them around the pool, "Can you really not touch here? It's only five feet."

"I can stand," Dez replied indignantly, "It's just my mouth, nose, and eyes would be underwater if I did." She sniffed as he laughed at her.

"Go dry off," he lifted a hand and booped her on the nose, "But don't change. I need you in the tub later as part of my plan."

"Your plan involves feeling me up in the hot tub?" she asked, a teasing question on her face.

"Not exactly," Yoongi laughed, "I'm not a total heathen, but I do want you as relaxed as possible."

"Sounds...nice," Dez admitted, relaxing.

"It will be," he promised, lifting her up and plopping her butt on the edge of the pool. "Now go dry off. Jin and Jimin are cooking up a feast, and they'll be upset if you drip at the table."

He got out of the pool as well, holding her hand and helping her stand. Dez grabbed one of the towels sitting on a patio lounger and tossed it to Yoongi before grabbing another and wrapping it around herself. He stripped off his shirt, winking as he caught her checking him out, then tucked the towel firmly around his waist before swiftly reaching under and pulling off his shorts and boxers and stepping out of them. Dez never once saw any scandalous skin, but knowing he was so quickly naked under his towel was a turn on nonetheless.

"Don't fall in love just yet, Noona," Yoongi grinned, giving her a soft kiss on the corner of her mouth, "There's still so much more to show you." He walked inside, leaving Dez stunned out in the sunlight.
