"So he kissed you? After the first date?" my best friend asked.
"Well it wasn't really a date..."
"That's besides the point!"
Butterflies fluttered in my stomach at the memorie.
He kissed me.
"I'm so happy for you Mily" her voice was full of excitement.
"Thanks Liv."
"But don't you think it's to soon?"
"I don't know..."
"You never know" she laughed.
"I mean, I think I like him and the kiss didn't bother me" I bit my lip "Do you think he regrets?"
"Why would he regret?!"
I sighed.
"Maybe he doesn't like me..."
"Girl he kissed you!!!" she shouted through the phone " Stop being so insecure!"
"So should I talked to him?"
"You haven't spoken since Wednesday?!"
"No?" I said in a small voice.
"Urgh" my best friend groaned "Listen, he likes you and he seems like a good guy. Well I know he is because I stalked him all over internet and social media as well as his friends and family."
I laughed.
"I think you should speak to him."
"But what do I say? What do I do?" I asked nervously.
"Just let things play out" she advised "And if he asked you to be his girlfriend?"
"I think it's a bit to soon" I admitted.
"Okay."
I put her on loud speaker and went to Kit's contact.
"Okay I've just sent him 'Hi'."
I impatiently waited, my eyes glued on the screen.
"Has he answered yet?"
"No."
Just then my phone
"No wait he has!" I quickly opened the message "He sent 'Hi ;)' with a winkie smiley."
"Ouh... winkie face" Liv joked from the other end of the phone.
Emily: How are you?
Kit: Fine, what about you?
"Do I put a smiley face?"
"No it's weird."
Emily: Great.
"Do I wait for an answere or do I send him something about Wednesday?"
"Tell him you had a good time?"
"No I've already told him like three times" I pointed out "Oh wait, too late he already answered."
"What did he say?"
"'What you up to?'"
"My amazing best friend and I are stalking you and decrypting your every word" Liv suggested.
Emily: Nothing much. School and cheer. And you?
Kit: Went to my parents at the weekend. Didn't go that well. School, football, hang out with the boys...
Kit: Are you free Saturday?
My heart jumped at his message and I went all weird inside.
"Liv, he just asked me if I was free on Saturday" I said in a blank voice.
"What?!"
Emily: No, I'm really sorry.
"And so? Are you?"
"No" I told her sadly "Harper's got a competition and mum's working so I'm suppose to bring her."
"Why can't she go on her own?"
"Mum doesn't want her out on her own that late."
"I'll go with her."
"What? Wait no, Liv you can't."
"I haven't got anything planned and there is no way you're missing that date."
"Thanks Liv."
"Anything for my bestie. Although I've got to go."
"Bye."
"Bye babe."
And she hang up. I quickly sent a message to Kit and waited.
Emily: Forget my first message, I'm free :)
Kit: Cool. What if you come round and have dinner at mine?
He's just invited me to is place!
Emily: Sounds good. What time do you want me?
Kit: Let's say 8pm?
Emily: That's fine.
Kit: See you Saturday then ;)
Emily: Bye :)
Kit: By the way, I like your lips x
My heart hammered inside my ribcage and I went hot all over.
I didn't answere and sent Liv a message asking her to come over earlier on Saturday to help me pick out my outfit.

I'm really excited and have just started to write it... from Kit's POV!!
I thought it would be nice to see his POV on Emily and his intentions.
Also because I'm on holiday there is a possibility that the Monday update is delayed to Tuesday or even Wednesday depending. Sorry about that.
