-A couple hours later : Saturday-

"My baby!" Woke me up. My eyes adjusted to the light. Ugh my eyes are swollen. I looked up at Theo as I cried again. "Oh honey." Alice ran over to me. "Thank you for not leaving him alone." She hugged me. Jake was just waking up from the couch. When did he get here?

"Hey babe." Josiah squeezed me.

I hugged him then turned to look at Theo. My mouth grew dry. Figures.

I stood up. "What do you need baby?" Asked Alice. "Water."

"I'll come with you. You don't look too good." Said Jake. We walked until we found a vending machine. "Shit I don't have money." I realized but he pulled out his wallet.

"So you and Theo..."

"I regret everything I told him Jake." I hugged him as I broke down. "Hey its okay."

"No its not Jakob. If he dies, that's the last I ever told him. That I hated him. I won't be able to live with myself Jake."

"Hey that's an if. There's still hope. Come on let's get back. I can step out and get you food."

"I'm not hungry." He sighed. "You need to eat Lia." I rolled my eyes. As soon as we stepped into the room, a nurse rolled in a food cart. "You need food honey." She turned to me and I gave her a weak smile. "Oh I didn't realize we had visitors. We can only have two people in at a time."

Alice somehow convinced her to let us all stay in. I heard Josiah's stomach growl. "Here you can have the sandwich."

"Lia-"

"I'm not hungry." He sighed but took it. All I ate was the fruit cup.

Someone knocked on the door before it opened. "Dad." I ran over to him and hugged him. I hugged Beth then picked up Madi. Right now, she's making me feel a little bit better but not completely.
