-Valentine's Day-
"Its about time you two started rekindling." Said Gabby as she put my necklace on me. I laughed. "You look great babe. Go have fun you crazy child." She hugged me.
Theo said to meet up at the Beta house so I drove over. I rang the doorbell and Diego answered. "Ma lady." He put his arm out.
"Are you feeling okay?" He laughed. "This is part of your date."
"What?"
"Just hold on to me and you'll see." These boys are something else. I went along with it though. I grabbed his arm and he led me to the slide door to the courtyard.
I went through the curtain and Matt was there. There was a pathway of rose petals leading to the center, where a table with two chairs, a candle, and plates was set up. He stuck his arm out and I grabbed it but he only led me halfway.
"Your date will walk you the rest of the way." I turned and Theo was walking over to me without his crutches, holding a bouquet of roses. "Theo."
"Shhh. Come on." He grabbed my hand and led me to the table.
"This is beautiful Theo." He smiled. "I had a lot of help from the guys."
"Where are your crutches?"
"I don't need them anymore."
"Are you serious?" He nodded. "Speedy recovery. And I can't thank you enough." Jared brought out the first course.
"I'm sorry if its shitty. We tried to cook for you like you always do for us.. But now I'm starting to think we should have just picked up food from a fancy restaurant." He said and I laughed. "No, it smells good. Thank you."
Theo and I talked and ate. It just feels right. The moment feels right. Being with him feels right.
"There's no denying that I still love you. And I hope you feel the same way Cordelia. I'd really love it if you became my girlfriend.. a second time." I stood up and his face shown worry and sadness. I walked over to him and kissed him. "I love you." He smiled. "I love you too Theodore James."
"ITS ABOUT TIME" Yelled Diego and we laughed. "Way to ruin the moment dumbass!" Yelled Theo. "My bad!" He yelled walking back inside the house. I couldn't help but laugh. "Thank you for everything Lia. For the help. The motivation. Being there for me."
"I would do it all over again." He smiled and kissed me. I stared into his eyes and smiled. "I may have lost a lot because of this accident, but I have gained so much in return." He said a
