-Next Day-

The meeting was kind of boring but nothing I could do about it. I'm in bed now. My phone rang. Facetime from Theo. "Hey!" I said and he chuckled. "What's so funny?"

"Your double chin is so cute." I playfully rolled my eyes before rolling on to my stomach. "How'd it go?" He smiled. "I can walk by myself well at least there because both rails are next to me. He said tomorrow he wants to see how much I can walk before my legs give up on me. Then he said we'll practice on balance so I can let go of the rails but honestly, I think my legs are still too weak for me to let go."

"Only you know what you can endure. Be vocal about it and tell him. But I'm so proud of you Theo." He smiled. "Thank you. I'll let you go now. I'm exhausted today was draining. I'll see you tomorrow?" I nodded. "I love you Lia." My heart fluttered.

"I love you too Theo." He smiled and hung up.

"Just get together already." Gabby said from her bed and I sighed. "We're in such a good place right now.. I'm scared that if we try it again and it doesn't work out, it'll end up like last time.. I don't want to lose him for good."

"Look babe. You'll never know if you never try. Garrett and I are pretty happy and I never expected to end up with him." Her and Garrett are so cute together. I like Garrett, I do, the only downside is, Isaiah. I feel like at times he can be okay to be around but I feel like other times he tries to be spiteful.

"Good night Gabs."

"Good night Lia. Mind if I keep the light on for a while? Stupid professor is already giving us an exam and quite frankly, I don't know shit." I laughed. "Yeah, good night."

-Friday-

"Theo Im so nervous.. I'm scared. What if I pass out?" He chuckled. "I'll admit, it does hurt, but you'll be fine."

I'm redeeming my first tattoo today. He placed the outline over my heart. Its my mom's signature. Dad found a paper with her sig and sent it to me upon my request. Under her name, has birds flying in both directions.

I squeezed Theo's hand the entire time and occasionally swore a little.

I decided to might as well get the second one done, so I got her birth date and death date in Roman numerals on my wrist. Her birth date on top of her death date.

Theo took pictures and sent them to my dad.
