-Saturday-

I texted Theo if he still wanted me to come over. By the time we got back, it was 11:30. He replied with yes and I changed. "See you later Gabs. Have fun!" She's partying it up with the girls and she invited Garrett. She hugged me before I left.

Theo opened the door and locked it when I stepped inside. "How'd it go?" He asked. "It was good! Tiring but I loved it." He smiled. "Are you hungry?"

"I am. I passed by my favorite café and they're open. Wanna head out there? Or I can make something here." I suggested. "Lets go."

We ate and talked, mainly about school, then about our families. "What are you doing for winter break?" He asked. "I think I'm heading home. My grandma keeps blowing up my phone threatening me that if I don't go, there will be consequences." I laughed.

"I was thinking the same. I'll get our tickets." I smiled. "I'll let my dad know."

"Hopefully by then, I can walk." I sighed. "Its a long shot bud." He looked down.

"You have to accept that its okay if the process is slow. Your accident just happened Theo. You need to let your body recover." He nodded. "I know.. Its just frustrating."

"I honestly think you should focus on your upper body strength with the PT. You and I will continue with your leg exercises at home. Take it one thing at a time." He nodded. He reached up and caressed my cheek. "I love you." I smiled. "I know.. I love you too Theo."
