Elizabeth was outside setting up chairs, and getting things ready for the wedding when Frederick walked over to her looking worried "I cannot seem to find Sebastian, have you seen him recently?"
"Not since early this morning, he said he had some things to take care of, and left. Why?"
"I'm a little worried about him, he was acting strange last night, and wasn't making any sense when we were talking about the wedding."
Elizabeth patted his shoulder and smiled "I'm sure everything is all right, he's probably excited to see his daughter get married."
Frederick wasn't so sure that was the case, and looked at his watch. He had a good feeling where he took off to, and knew he needed to go stop him. "I'll be back, I think I know where he could be."
Elizabeth frowned when he walked away, she had a feeling what was going on and hoped Sebastian wasn't thinking about doing anything that would jeopardize his life. To get her mind off the worst, she picked up where she left off and finished setting everything up.
Alaric met with the officiant when he arrived and went over the details of the vows. "We talked about doing our own vows, but I'm not so good with words." he chuckled "We've decided to do the traditional vows instead."
"Works for me." the officiant smiled.
Meanwhile, Angeline finished getting ready and walked into the living room, she saw Layla and Alyssa standing there talking to Adrian and walked over to them. "Wow Layla, you look beautiful in my grandmother's dress... I'm excited to see you wear it, it is something that she would have loved and wanted to see herself." she said in awe.
"Thank you... I'm glad your mother offered it to me." she smiled, and turned around for her to see it on her.
"It fits perfectly." she paused, and thought about something she had that would finish her look. "Come with me, I have something else you can wear of hers, but I do need it back." Angeline smiled.
"What am I missing with this dress?"
"My grandmother's diamond necklace with blue sapphires... haven't you ever heard the line for marriage that brought good luck?"
"Not really." Layla said confused, and embarrassed she never heard anything like that "What line is that?"
"Well, to bring good luck to your marriage, you wear something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue... so here's her necklace that has it all. You're double covered between the dress and necklace." Angeline giggled.
Adrian was left with Alyssa, and all he could do was stare and smile at her, causing her to blush. "Do I have something on my face?" she asked worried, softly wiping her cheeks.
He slowly shook his head, looking at her with lust in his eyes. He placed his hand on her cheek, and slid his hand down to her chin, lifting her head for her to look at him. He lowered his head to hers, softly pressing his nose against hers and looked her in the eyes, causing her breathing to hitch. He wasn't sure if she knew about Layla asking him to turn her, and didn't want to scare her as he could hear the sounds of her heart pumping fast. He wanted to see what it was like to kiss her and slowly brushed his lips against hers then stopped when he heard her gasp. He pulled inches away from her face, and smiled "You are one beautiful woman, and wouldn't mind if you accompanied me outside."
"OK." she whispered, trying to slow her breathing as he took a step back. Her stomach was full of fluttering butterflies, and used all her will power to refrain from kissing him. She didn't know him well, but the way he brushed his lips against hers had her wishing she would have kissed him. She was feeling nervous about him turning her, and worried that something would go wrong, that she was beginning to have second thoughts.
