Meeting your lover's parents is like going to a job interview...if you don't impress the parents, you don't get to keep your lover...

I have met an old lover's parents before and it was a cake walk for me...but meeting Juno's parents however, I felt like they were going through my browser history.
Maybe I was just overreacting...overreacting a little TOO much, because I had accidentally spilled Janchi Guksu or "noodle soup" all over Juno's mother and father...while I was dressed like a Greek goddess.

Now let's go back to BEFORE I met Juno's parents...

I was just enjoying another glorious morning, making breakfast while doing a little dance and singing to myself.

"Bacon pancakes, making bacon pancakes!"

"Mackenzie! Good morning, my princess!"

Juno said as he comes into the kitchen and hugs me from behind, placing a kiss upon my cheek as I stuff a strip of bacon into his mouth.

"Good morning Junnie! Don't mind me, I'm just making breakfast for us before we start our day! So I made a list of what we could do! We can watch anime, play video games or we can throw water balloons onto Kou's expensive Tesla! Or we could do what you want to do..."

"Oh! Umm about that...I already made plans for today...and I may have told my parents a few weeks ago that you could meet them today..."
(^^;)

I stare at Juno with wide eyes as I then drop a full plate of bacon onto the floor, the plate shattering and the bacon flying everywhere.
Yep, RIP bacon...now you'll never be eaten.
Juno panics as he picks me up and puts me on the counter, checking my bare feet for any cuts from the glass.

"M-Mackenzie, are you okay?!"

"Am I okay...? Juno, how am I supposed to be okay?! I-I have to meet your parents! Today! A-And you told them about me! When?!"

"I-I told them all about you since day one! Then after I told them we got together, they wanted to meet you!"

"J-Juno! Why didn't you tell me about this sooner?! I look like a mess! My apartment looks like a mess! Everything is a mess!"

"D-Don't worry! They're not coming here! They want to meet us at the mall! At one of the restaurants! And you're not a mess Mackenzie..."

"Oh really...? You don't say?"

"...Okay, so you are kind of a mess...but I don't care, I love you, even if your hair is always a bed head! I have bed head too, you know...t-the point is that you shouldn't worry so much about meeting my parents! They'll love you!"
