The Sports Resort

"Making my way downtown!
Walking fast! Faces past and I'm home bound!"

"We're going on a trip on our favorite rocket ship!"

"Out of all the people in this country, you had to choose these two...why?"

Mr. Vito asked he groans in annoyance, pinching his temple with his fingers as me and Juno sat there in silence, nervously smiling as we both shrugged our shoulders.
We were all on a helicopter that was now flying overseas, slowly taking us to our destination, Mr. Vito's father's resort that was on an island somewhere off the border.
Val and Kou were both singing random songs while Val played her pink Melodica.
I was certain that the helicopter pilot was going to abandon ship any second now...I had to give him credit, he was REALLY patient with us.
I held onto Juno's arm tightly as I stared out the window, gulping as I saw the ocean waves.
I had a fear of heights and just riding in that shaky helicopter was making me sick...

"I-Is this really necessary? C-Couldn't we have just taken a boat?"

"Taking a boat would take an hour versus taking a helicopter which would only take us 15 minutes to get to the resort! This is a better option!"

"N-No no you got it all wrong! THIS is the WORST option! Don't you know that we could crash into the ocean any second now?!"

"B-But there are no buildings out here,
Mackenzie...we're not going to crash into anything. Trust me. Don't worry, we're almost there. I'll protect you."

Juno reassures me as he placed a kiss on my forehead, trying to get me to calm down. The kiss did work...but only for a tiny bit.
Juno then decides to talk to Mr. Vito in the meantime.

"What kind of resort does your father own by the way?"

"He owns a sports resort."

"Whoa! A sports resort?!"

"Yes, it has been in my family's business for years...everyone who loves any kind of sport LOVES to stay there for a few days, especially famous athletes who just want to take a break from their work and play for fun."

"Oh! That's very interesting! I used to play soccer and ping pong!"

"Well lucky for you, my father has those two sports games there! So while me and Stephano plan his funeral, you guys can at least have some fun..."

"Awww but we want to be there with you all the way! You're in mourning..."

"I don't want it rubbing off on you guys though...so don't worry about me, okay? Besides, my father's in a better place now...even better than here on Earth."

"Mr. V..."

"UGH! I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE! GET ME OFF THIS CURSED FALCON FLYER!"

I screamed as I got off Juno's lap and tried jumping out of the helicopter, causing everyone to stop what they were doing and hold me back by my arms and legs.

"Mrs. Huntington, are you crazy?! Stop! We're flying in the middle of the ocean!"

"Stop fighting, Mackenzie! Geez! You're even more feistier than the girls I have brought back to my apartment before!"

Val commanded as she tried holding me by my ankles. Juno just sat there though, staring at us with worry.
