Araya
"DAIKI do you think he's okay?" I asked holding Daiki's hand. Prior to Akiya going missing my mind was consumed with Daiki. From the way he looked, and to the smirks he gave me as I went to bed and what they could mean.
But now Akiya was a number one priority thought. Daiki looked at me and nodded as he rubbed circles on my knuckles. "He's okay Araya, he is strong. Akiya will be okay, we need to put our energy into finding him instead of worrying about him." Daiki told me and I nodded.
"But I have some good news, but sort of bad news, do you want to hear it?" Daiki asked. "I'll take any news that is about my brother." I told him and Daiki smiled. "Issei found out what took him." My eyes lit up at that as I watched him.
"Who took him?" I demanded. "Not who, what, we don't know the who. Issei used his gift and saw a male kitsune take Akiya. We have no idea why this kitsune did it either, or who the kitsune is, but we have some insight now." Daiki asked.
"That means they can kill him doesn't it?" I asked and Daiki didn't answer. But his silence was more than enough of an answer. But at that moment Issei opened the door. "Daiki you need to stop what you are doing and listen to me, I think I know who the kitsune is!" Issei rushed out.
I looked over at him surprised by his sudden outburst of knowing how could have taken my brother. He froze upon seeing me. Daiki sighed. "Do tell." I said and Issei looked over at Daiki who paused unsure of what to say.
"Come on don't not tell me, this is my brother we're talking about. Please." I was willing to beg at this point. And Issei was not comfortable around girls who cried. I had seen how much he wanted to flee when Nightshade got emotional. So when I got emotional he stiffened up.
Daiki looked at Issei. And then back at me as I grabbed some of his shirt to show how dire I was to know of my brother's safety. "Please." It was so quiet that only Daiki heard it. And his dark eyes softened as I looked at him trying my best not to cry.
He sighed. "It's okay Issei." Daiki spoke his eyes on me. Issei watched us unsure of what to do as Daiki touched my cheek affectionately. "You can tell me with Araya in the room, it'll be fine." Daiki said and then it began for real.

"My spirit he had been suppressing the memories. He knew that I wanted to see them but he was in the mood to be a dick and keep them from me. It wasn't ideal, but he saw how important this was. . . eventually and I got a glimpse." Were Issei's first words as he sat in the chair.
"I can't recall his name, but. . . he's one of mom's friends. He has to be at least 900. Which doesn't make sense, what does a kitsune that old need out of a kitsune who doesn't even have his first tail yet?" Issei asked.
"So I began thinking, I mean Akiya is a male, and so far only about twelve male kitsunes have been born in the past century." I was a bit shocked. "Twelve?" I asked quite surprised at how low the level was. . . and in the past century!
"Male kitsunes are more rare to be born. For every ten kitsunes born only one will be male. And that isn't even a guarantee. Male kitsunes are harder to find. Which is why most male kitsunes can get any female kitsune." Daiki said sparing me glance. I froze at that.
Was I really that lucky to be Daiki's girlfriend? But. . . Akiya was one of the twelve male kitsunes born in the last century. "You know how children are born right, gender wise?" I asked. Daiki glanced at me. "Yes Araya, we know how children are born. We're not that far back."
