So now, District 12 is destroyed. And the Hunger Games resume, even after President Snow's death.
In Panem, you're either a "do" or a "don't". Eleven Districts, separated by the Capitol, are forced to participate into a game of survival and death. In order to win, you must live until others die.
Rumor, a sarcastic feminist who volunteers for her friend, are now facing the games, along with a childhood enemy. They must work their way to victory, if two victors are allowed this year, that is.
