The flayed

"Alex!" Eleven, Max and Mike yelled. They ran to where Alex was. "Alex. Alex!" Max and Eleven said shaking her. "Alex, please wake up!" Mike said. "Guys. guys. Guys! Stop!" Lucas said. "Why!?!" Max, Mike and Eleven asked. "Look, her nose is bleeding." Will said. "She must of lost energy." Lucas said. "We need to get her inside before anyone sees her." Max said. Eleven and Mike nodded. They got her up and Mike carried her inside and placed her on the couch. "We need to find Hopper and tell him what's going on." Lucas said. Everyone agreed. Since Alex fainted, Eleven got a blindfold and they turned the radio to static. Alex opened her eyes and saw the upside down. "Shit." Alex said. Alex heard voices. She walked closer to the voices and saw Steve, Robin, Dustin and a girl, Erica. "Steve?" Alex asked. *Steve* Steve was yelling at Dustin when he saw a faded figure of Alex. "Steve?" Alex asked. "Alex?" Steve said. No one heard him cuz they were all yelling. "Where have you been? I had to push Dustin's ass." Steve asked. Alex chuckled. "Steve, I-" Alex started then was interrupted by a noise. Steve was confused but then saw where Alex was. "Are you in the upside down?!" Steve asked. "Steve, It's back and it's trying to kill me. I'm not really in the upside down but- It's coming! Steve!" Alex said. "Alex listen to m-" Steve said then the elevator started falling. "Steve!! What's going on!?" Alex sais. "Just run!" Steve said. Alex started running. *Alex* She looked back but Steve disappeared. A tear ran down her cheek then she bumped into Billy. Right as he was about to say something Alex threw him. "Why you little bitch!" Billy said. Alex turned invisible and ran in the woods. She couldn't fight because she was already weak from fighting Billy the first time. When she was far from Billy she stopped being invisible and fell to the floor. All of a sudden she woke up. *Back to normal* Alex gasped. Eleven took the blindfold off and everyone went to her. "Alex are you okay?" Max asked. "Steve. He was trapped with Dustin and Robin and this girl and they were falling and and" Alex said freaking out. Mike hugged her. "Hey, it's okay. We're going to find them. I promise." Mike said. Alex calmed down and nodded. Alex saw Eleven touching her throat. Max noticed. "Hey, let's go check your throat." Max said. El nodded and got up. "Come on Alex." Max said. Alex nodded. Mike stopped hugging her and Alex, Max and Eleven went to the bathroom. El checked it in the mirror. Alex felt guilty. "Alex, what's wrong?" El asked. "I'm sorry." Alex said, starting to softly cry. El and Max hugged her. "For what?" El asked. "It's my fault you got hurt and-" Alex started. "It's not your fault." Max said. "I-I like Mike." Alex said. Eleven and Max looked shocked then smiled. Alex looked confused. "Alex, it's fine if you like Mike. El said she doesn't like him anymore. You have nothing to be sorry about, no one can control who they like." Max said. El nodded. "Plus, it looks like he likes you too." Max said. "What?" Alex asked. "Yeah. He seems like he really cares about you in more than a friend way." Max said. El nodded. Alex smiled and got up. "Let me see your throat." Alex said. El showed it to Alex. Alex put her hand up and closed her eyes. Alex healed El's throat. "Thank you." El said. Alex nodded. All of a sudden they heard the boys talking. "They are turning Alex against me." Mike said. "That's your main concern right now?" Will asked. "It's not my main concern it's just a sub-concern." Mike said. "Why do you even care if they turn her against you?" Will asked. "Because he loves her." Lucas said in a mocking voice. Mike smacked Lucas in the back of the head. "Ow!" Lucas said. "Shut up!" Mike said. "I saw you two in the storage room. Also, "oh, Alex, I love you so much I won't let that thing hurt you. Marry me."" Lucas said, mocking Mike. Will laughed and Mike rolled his eyes. Max and El looked at Alex. "what happened in the storage room? And what was Lucas talking about?" Max and El asked. Alex was about to say something when they heard a knock. They went out the bathroom and Alex was Nancy and Jonathan tried to turn invisible but she was still weak. "Alex. She's my sister and Will's brother it's fine." Mike said. Alex nodded and went to the lamp. "Who is she?" Nancy asked. "She's Eleven's sister and was the lab's first experiment. Which means she has all the powers of the other experiments." Lucas said. "Only stronger." Mike said. Nancy looked at Alex. "What is she doing with the lamp?" Nancy asked. Everyone looked at her. Alex started draining the energy of the lamp. Alex put the lamp down and noticed everyone starring. "What?" Alex asked. They were sitting down and Nancy was explaining what happened last night. "It was the same thing, the exact same thing that happened to Will last year. And look at this. Look at the body temperatures." Nancy said showing them the test results. "He likes it cold." Will said. "Okay, so this crazy old woman who was eating fertilizer-" Mike said. "Mrs.Driscoll." Nancy said. "Right, yeah, Mrs.Driscoll. What time was this attack?" Mike asked. "Last night." Nancy said. "Right, but what time last night?" Mike asked. "Around 9:00." Nancy said. "You waited all night to call?" Jonathan asked. "I was waiting for the doctors to run some tests." Nancy said. "You weren't there?" Will asked. "Well, I'm here now, aren't I? Um, so, wha what time was your sauna test?" Jonathan asked. "Around 9:00." Everyone but Alex said. "Well, that proves it. That proves my theory. She's flayed, just like Billy." Mike said. "Flayed?" Jonathan asked. "The Mind Flayer. He flays people. Takes over their mind. Once they do that, they basically become him." Will said. "If there are two flayed" Nancy said. "We have to assume there are more. All coming for Alex." Mike said. "Heather." Max and El said. "Billy was doing something to her." Max said. "She was scared. She was screaming. Bad screams." Eleven said. "What's a good scream?" Lucas asked. "Max said-" El said. "Doesn't matter." Max said. "I'm sorry, I'm lost. Who is Heather?" Jonathan said. "She's a lifeguard at the pool." Max said. "Heather Holloway?" Nancy asked. Eleven and Max nodded. "Tom." Nancy and Jonathan said. Nancy and Jonathan ran upstairs. Everyone followed them. They got in a car and Alex stopped. "Alex?" Mike asked. Alex looked at him. "You coming?" Mike asked. Alex shook her head. "Why not?" Mike asked. "I-i just I wanna see if Steve is at the mall. I'll catch up with you guys later." Alex said. "Alex, you don't even know the way to the mall and you don't even know where we're going. What if the mind flayer attacks you? Or he flays you?" Mike said. "Mike," Alex said grabbing Mike's hand. "I promised you I'd be careful," Alex said. She smiled and ran her fingers through Mike's hair. "And I promise you I'll find you guys." Alex said. "Okay, just take this." Mike said handing her his walkie. He showed her how to use it. "I'll borrow Will's and if anything happens you can talk to us and I sometimes talk to you to see if your okay." Mike said. Alex nodded. Mike got in the car and Alex sped to the mall. Alex ran to Scoops Ahoy and saw no one. She ran to the back and saw the vent open. She was about to go in it when she heard Mike. "Alex? Do you copy?" Mike asked. "Yes, I copy." Alex said. "We're at the hospital." Mike said. "Did something happen!? Is everyone okay!?" Alex asked. "Everyone is fine. We are here to see mrs.Driscoll." Mike said. "Okay. I'm on my way." Alex said. "Okay." Mike said. Alex walked out of scoops ahoy. She closed her eyes to know where Mike and the others were. Once she got it she ran to the hospital. She went in and saw Mike and Lucas hitting a vending machine. Alex shook her head and made all of the thing fall off. They both looked at El. El looked up to Alex. Mike looked to where El was looking and smiled. Mike went to Alex. "was he there?" Mike asked. "No." Alex said looking down. "Alex," Mike said. Alex looked up. "I-um- thanks, for the snacks." Mike said. "Oh your welcome." Alex said. "Alex!" Max yelled signaling to go with her. Alex went to Max. "what were you and Mike talking about?" Max asked smirking. "Nothing, just asked if I found Steve and was thanking me for the snacks." Alex said. "Seriously?" El and Max asked. Alex nodded. "Ugh he is so stupid. El come." Max said. "What?" Alex asked. "Why?" El asked. "We are going to get Mike to admit that he likes you." Max said. "Okay." El said getting up. "What? No! You guys!" Alex said but they ignored her. Alex rolled her eyes. "He really like you, you know?" Will said. Alex turned to him. "What?" Alex asked. "Mike. He likes you." Will said. Alex smiled. She started hearing Max and El. "We know you like Alex." Max said. "What?" Mike asked. "Correction. He loves her." Lucas said. Mike smacked the back of his head. Max and El smiled. "Okay this is what your gonna do. Your gonna stop being stupid and go over there and tell her how you feel before I stink this magazine right up your-" Max said. "Okay, okay. I'm going." Mike said. He walked over to Alex and sat next to her. "Hey." Mike said. "Hi." Alex said. "So um did you find something when you were looking for Steve?" Mike asked. "I found the vent open in the back room but" Alex shook her head. "I promised you we would find them. That hasn't changed, okay?" Mike said. Alex nodded. "Can I um tell you something?" Mike asked. Alex nodded. "I-" Mike started.
