Steve stopped hugging Alex. "I don't wanna force you or anything but why are you crying?" Steve asked. Alex calmed down a little. "M-M-Mike and E-El kissed while i was looking for a f-f-friend i had back in the lab." Alex said. Steve started looking mad. "His Wheeler ass is grass." Steve said. Alex continued to softly crying into Steve's chest, hugging Steve tighter than before but making sure not to hurt him. Steve hugged her back. "What about this, you and me will watch a movie, eat ice cream and popcorn, stay up all night and then tomorrow you go to work with me, see Robin and later i'll take you wherever you want to go, deal?" Steve said. Alex wiped her tears and smiled a little and nodded. Steve got up and helped Alex up. "I tried to tell you the only boy you need is me." Steve said. Alex laughed. They went downstairs. Steve put popcorn in the microwave and Alex watched it pop. Steve pulled out the ice cream and they heard the doorbell. "I'll get it." Alex said. Steve nodded. Alex walking to the front door and Steve watched her. Alex opened it and saw Max, Lucas, Dustin, Will and Jason. "What are you guys doing here?" Alex asked confused. "You ran off and we got worried." Jason said. "We wanted to see if you were okay." Dustin said. "And we were wondering if we could keep you company." Lucas said. "You know like." Will said. "Like a sleepover." Max said. "Only if your up to it and Steve lets us." Will said. Alex smiled and turned to Steve. Steve nodded. Alex turned back to them and nodded. They all smiled and Alex let them in. Alex and Jason were watching the popcorn and the others were helping Steve serve the ice cream. When everything was ready they put on 'The Breakfast Club'. Max and Lucas were laying on a blanket on the floor. Dustin, Will and Steve were sitting on the floor with their backs leaning against the couch. Alex and Jason were on the couch. Jason was sitting and Alex was laying down. She had her head on Jason's lap watching the movie. They stayed up all night watching movies, dancing and laughing. It was 7:30 and Steve got ready for work. The others stayed downstairs talking. "So how long have you two known each other?" Will asked Alex and jason. "Um i think since we were 7." Jason said. Alex nodded. Steve came downstairs. "Let's go knuckleheads!" Steve said walking out the door. "Coming." Alex said. They all walked out. "Alex!" someone yelled. Alex, Jason, Will, Max and lucas turned around and saw Mike and El. Alex rolled her eyes and was about to get in the car. "Alex! Please this is important!" El yelled. "What is it!?" Alex yelled. "You're in trouble." Mike said. Everyone went inside the car except for Max. Max scoffed. "Oh so now you guys care about her." Max said. Alex looked down. "Alex can you and me talk? Alone? Please?" El asked. Alex nodded. El pulled her to the side. Alex could hear Max and Mike yelling. "What do you want?" Alex said in a sad voice. El grabbed Alex's hand. "I'm sorry. I'm so so so sorry." El said. Alex looked up and saw El's eyes watery. "I wish I never did it. Please forgive me Alex. I can't stand you being mad at me." El said starting to cry. Alex hugged El. El cried harder. Alex started crying too. "I forgive you." Alex said. El wiped her tears and lightly smiled. "I have to go. Steve and the others are waiting." Alex said. "Alex wait." El said. Alex started walking back to the other's. Max and Mike were still yelling at each other. Mike saw Alex. Alex was walking to the car and Mike stopped yelling at Max and got in front of Alex. "Mike." Alex said. "Alex listen to me. They're back." Mike said. Max walked up to Mike and Alex. The others came out of the car. "What are you even talking about?" Alex asked. "Some stupid shit that's what." Jason said walking to them. "Why don't you shut up for a second before I start punching your stupid face." Mike said turning to Jason. Jason and Mike looked mad. "Guys!" Lucas yelled. Alex covered her ears. "Sorry." Lucas said. "Enough." Will said. Mike was still mad. "The Mind flayer, the demogorgon, the demodogs, all of them. Alex they're all back, and the mind flayer has all of them coming for you." Mike said. Max, Lucas Will and Steve didn't believe Mike. "what is this a lame-" Max started. "He's not lying." Alex said. "The reason Alex can back unconscious was-" Jason started. "Because Alex got in an epic battle with the creatures from the upside down in a russian base after we saved Hopper." Dustin said. "Saved who!?" Lucas, Will, Mike, Steve and Max said. El walked closer to Alex. "h-hopper's alive?" El asked. Alex nodded. "He's at the cabin." Alex said. El smiled while crying softly. "Mike where's Nancy?" Alex asked. "Um in her car. She drove us here." Mike said. "Call her." Alex said. Mike called Nancy and she came. "I need you to get Robin, Erica, Jonathan and Ms. Byers. Tell them the mind flayer and the rest of the monsters from the upside down are back. Try to find out if there are two gates open." Alex said to Nancy. "Two gates?" Nancy asked. "When we were in Russia they had a gate open. They can't travel that fast not without some kind of shortcut." Jason said. "A shortcut like a way through the upside down from Russia back to Hawkins." Alex said. "Two gates." El said. "One here and one in" Mike started. "Russian." Dustin said. "Nancy you and them try to find the location of the second gate. Once you do find the rest of us and tell us where it is." Alex said. Nancy nodded and ran to her car. Nancy drove off. "What are we doing?" Lucas asked. "Get in the car. We're going to Hopper." Alex said. Everyone did as Alex said. Steve drove to Hopper's cabin. They all got out and El ran to the front door. Hopper opened it and El jumped into Hopper's arms. After a few minutes they stopped hugging and Alex and Jason told Hopper everything. Hopper had an idea and they decided to go back to Steve's house and do it. Everyone got back in the car. Hopper drove this time. When they got to the house. Alex went in first. Everyone was inside when Alex started covering her ears and screaming in pain. Mike and El's Eyes widened. Mike ran to Alex. "Alex! Alex talk to me please! What's wrong!?" Mike said. El and the other's stayed back. Alex fell to the floor screaming louder and she started crying. Mike caught Alex in his arms and slowly went down with her. "Alex!" Mike yelled. Alex was sobbing. "It hurts! Mike, it hurts so much!" Alex yelled. "What hurts alex?' Mike asked. "My leg!" Alex said crying more. Steve ran to Alex and lifted up the sleeves of her legs a saw a hole opening in her leg where the mind flayer grabbed her. "Oh shit." Max said. Jason put his hands through his hair and Steve backed away. Alex looked at her leg and screamed. Mike brought her closer to his chest so she wouldn't see it anymore. Alex cried into Mike's chest and her arms were wrapped around Mike's neck, hugging him. They started hearing loud thuds that moved the house. El put her hand on Alex's back trying to comfort her. Steve and Hopper went outside to see what the thud was. They came back running. "They found us." Steve said. Hopper pulled out a gun. Steve quickly ran to his room and got his bat with nails. "Get Alex upstairs in her room." Jason said. Mike nodded and carried Alex. Alex was still crying and she had her face on mike's chest. "It's going to be ok, I promise." Mike said. Alex slowly nodded her head still on Mike's chest. El, Max, Dustin, Will and Lucas followed Mike to Alex's room. Mike st Alex down on her bed and El and Max went to Alex. "there's something in it again!" Max yelled. "Not again!!!" Alex yelled. Mike sat behind her and wrapped his arms around her. Alex cried. They heard the thuds louder and felt them stronger. "We need to get it out of her." Dustin said. "Now!" Lucas and Will said. El and Max stepped back as Alex slowly put her hand up still crying. Alex started screaming as she used her telekinesis to take out the smallest piece of the mind flayer out of her. Mike hugged her tighter. Alex through the piece out and quickly healed her leg. She turned to Mike and hugged him. The house started shaking with another thud. Alex and Mike stopped hugging and got up. Alex was near the window and the others were in front of her. Lucas took out his wrist rocket. "What the-" Max said. "I never leave home without it." Lucas said. He put a rock on it and aimed it at the bedroom door. All of a sudden the window broke and the mind flayer 2 wrapped an arm around Alex's waist and pulled her out. Alex started screaming. "Alex!" Mike, El and Max yelled. "Shit!" Dustin yelled. Jason came in and Lucas shot him with a rock. "Sorry I thought you were a demogorgon." Lucas said. Steve can in hitting a demodog out the door. Hopper was shooting. "They have Alex!" Will yelled. Steve ran to the window where Mike and El and Max were. Alex was looked away from the mind flayer as it roared in her face. Her ears hurt so much she started silently crying. Mike pulled Hopper's arm to the window. "What the hell kid!" Hopper yelled. "Shoot the fuck out of that piece of shit!" Mike yelled. Hopper started shooting it until he didn't have bullets. The mind flayer still had Alex. Mike shook his head and ran downstairs. "Where are you going!?" Jason asked. "Going to get her back!" Mike yelled. Jason ran after Mike. Mike had taken Steve's bat. Mike ran outside and hit the mind flayer. Jason used his telekinesis to help Mike hit the mind flayer harder. Alex started yelling and all of a sudden she started melting. Mike and Jason's eyes widened. She slipped through the mind flayer's grasp. She went back to her normal form. The rest came outside. Alex shapeshifted into a bigger version of the mind flayer and started fighting it. The demogorgons and demodogs came along with the other mind flayer. Alex turned back and moved the mind flayer and the demodogs and demogorgons to the second mind flayer. Alex then set them on fire she started getting weak again she wiped the blood from her nose and continued. They were all screeching and hurting Alex's ears but she didn't care. All of a sudden the second mind flayer stretched one of its arms to Mike and the others. Steve got in front of all of them and so did Hopper. It was about to grabbed Steve and Alex started screaming. She started floating in the air. She ripped the mind flayer's arm off and through it. The mind flayer screeched in pain. Alex continued burning them. She was bleeding from both nostrils. The second mind flayer stretched out its arm again this time at Alex. It cut the palm of Alex's hand Alex screamed in pain and controlled the wind and made it blow the creatures away from her because she couldn't take it anymore. Alex placed herself on the ground. She fell to the floor. Mike ran to her and kneeled down next to her. Mike put both hands on each of Alex's cheeks. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Mike asked. Alex slowly nodded at his first question and shook her head at his next. Mike brought Alex closer and kissed her forehead and hugged her. Alex hugged him back. They heard a roar and Mike quickly pulled Alex up and they started running. "We need to get out of here." Mike said. Steve nodded and everyone got in the car and drove off.
