The two residents of Lastation fall to the ground and drop out of HDD. Noire sighs. "That's it... We've lost..." Uni pouts. "Hmph. It's not like this would've happened if we didn't lose all our Shares or anything..." Neptune looks to Noire. "So, we're cool, right? We can keep your Shares?" ~ "No, I can't let that happen!" ~ "H-Hey, c'mon, no take-backsies!" ~ "You should know by now that taking everyone's Shares won't give you nearly enough power to win." Uni looks to Nepgear. "It's literally the last thing I want to say to you, but... Nepgear, you're stronger than me. You have the better chance at defeating the Deity of Sin." ~ "Chance...? What do you...?" Noire points to the sword Nepgear is holding. "You're still holding onto that sword, so use it. Take our lives. Use it to stop the Deity of Sin." ~ "Wh-What are you saying?! I couldn't possibly...!" ~ "Oh, so you were carrying it around just to strap some extra dead weight to your belt, is that it? Admit it. You've kept it with you because deep inside your heart, you know it's still a viable option. I'm not saying it's wrong. It's actually the only option I could come up with, too." ~ "But wait... You've got it all wrong. I was just making sure that nobody else would be able to use it..." Uni glares at Nepgear. "Are you still making excuses?!" Noire looks to Nepgear. "If you don't have the guts, then I'll do it myself! Give me the sword, now!" ~ "No! No, no, no! Wh-Why did it come to this?! This stupid sword... I don't want it!" ~ "Fine then!" I grab the sword from Nepgear's hand and snap it over my knee, I then take the handle and stab the broken sword into my chest, Dark Aura flowing over me and the sword, as my eyes shift between red, purple, yellow, green, blue, and black. My eye colour settles on black and I pull the dagger out from my chest, the sword now glowing brightly before dimming. "There... Now, no one can use it." Noire glares at me. "What the hell is wrong with you?! Do you realize what you just did?! That was our only hope of winning!" Noire reaches for the broken sword, but an invisible force repels her hand. "Wh-What?!" ~ "Like I said, no one can use it. I'm the one it chose, and now the future will be safe..." Nepgear looks to Noire. "Maybe it is, but the price is way too high, it's wrong! I know that my Shares idea was naive... But that doesn't excuse my using such a dirty means to save our world! Planeptune, Lastation, Lowee, and Leanbox... Gamindustri consists of those nations, and the CPUs who preside over them! Attaining peace through the sacrifice of others is inexcusable! Nobody wants that kind of peace! I finally made a friend in Uni. I don't want to throw that away. I want our friendship to bloom... Um, I mean, if that's okay... I don't want to be too pushy..." Uni shakes her head. "Aw, give me a break. Of course I want to become better friends with you, too. After all, you're my very first friend in the whole, wide world!" ~ "Uni... Yeah! Yay!" Neptune looks to Nepgear. "Uh... Cool story, bro." Noire nods. "Cool story aside, what happens now? No lives at stake. No Shares. And with the sword broken, we're completely out of options." Nepgear looks to the broken sword. "That sword had to have been cursed. It clouded my, and everyone's, eyes. Let's try to think up a new plan..." I take the dagger and stab it into my arm, as the blade glows even brighter. "I think we'll have a perfect time dealing with the Deity of Sin. After all, the sword has returned to its rightful owner." Noire looks to me. "Wait, you mean to tell us that that sword is yours?!" ~ "Is there a problem? Just ask Neptune, this sword has been with me for years." Neptune nods. "Yep, yep. I remember the days we were able to speed through the fields to get to places. Ooh, it sends chills down my spine just thinking about it." My eyes turn red as I look to Neptune. "We still got teleportation, but how 'bout we give it a try, for old time's sake?" The others grab my hands as I look forwards. "Hyperspeed." My eyes shift to black as I disappear from the sight of the others, who were left behind. Nepgear looks around. "Where did he go?" Uni points ahead to the wall of a building, a massive amount of blood and guts plastered on the side. I reappear next to them from Dark Aura. "Let's... Let's just teleport there..."

(Location Update: Planeptune Basilicom)

Histoire looks to us as we teleport in. "How nice to see everyone return." 'Alive, this time.' Kei nods. "Indeed. For once, I'm grateful for Noire's wasted resolve." ~ "Don't tease the girl who signs your paycheck! And you, Uni! Stop acting so concerned about what happened!" Chika looks to the others. "I'd like to open the floor now. Let's discuss how we can all come together and defeat the Deity of Sin." Mina looks to my dagger. "With the sword no longer functional to us, and with Shares not a viable option, this may prove exceedingly difficult." Blanc sighs. "Why were we all in a fuss over that stupid sword in the first place?" Ram leers at Nepgear. "Meh! It's all that dummy Nepgear's fault for making us find that stupid thing!" Nepgear looks down. "Aww... I'm sorry..." Rom looks to Nepgear. "It's okay, Miss Nepgear... *Pat, pat*" 'What's with the onomatopoeia?' Kei nods. "Anyways. Bolstering our armies or any particular outposts will be useless against someone like the Deity of Sin." Chika looks to Mina. "Then, should we forge unique weapons meant to be used only against the Deity of Sin, similar to that sword?" ~ "But no records of such unique weaponry besides the cursed sword exist..." Histoire looks to my dagger. "In that case, can we not reverse-engineer the sword and redesign it to suit our needs?" Kei nods. "Hmm... Perhaps we could use some Sharicite to mend the broken blade and rechannel its energy. Although, I have a feeling that the Shares from a single nation will prove insufficient. If all the nations unite and create one massive Sharicite, perhaps that will give us the desired result. In fact, that may better serve our purpose than forcing one nation to reap away the others' Shares." Chika looks to Kei. "Got it. I'll go and turn Leanbox's Shares into part of the Sharicite." Mina nods. "I will return to Lowee and prepare our contribution, as well." I take out my dagger. "Instead of using the broken sword, why don't we create an entirely new one, using the power of the Gehaburn?" I set the broken blade of the Gehaburn on the ground and point the dagger to the blade, as my eyes turn green. "Reprogram." My eyes shift black as a thin laser strikes the blade, completely reforming the blade and creating a second Gehaburn. "There. And now the spacetime continuum will fall apart..." The others stare at me. "I'm joking!"
