Chapter 30

Chloe's POV

I got ready for school wearing a hoodie to help cover the blue in my hair. As I slipped the hoodie on over my shirt I covered my hair up and, went downstairs for breakfast. Brandon tossed me an apple and, said "I didn't make anything."

I took the apple and, ate it waiting on the twins. The minute I saw Josh walk out the door with his keys I followed him and, laid down on the backseats of his car. Once Greyson got in Josh turned around looking at me and, said "Chloe put on your seatbelt."

I ignored him and, continued laying down in the back. Josh got out of the car and, buckled me up saying "Brandon and, Jackson want you wearing your seatbelt from now on."

I unbulcked it and, said "No their uncomfortable and, I can't lay down with them on me."

Josh pulled over and, buckled me up again and, said "If you do it again I'm telling Jackson and, I doubt you want that especially after you get busted for your blue hair."

I kept the seatbelt on the rest of the ride to school and, wore my hoodie all day with the hood up. Once it was time to go home I meant up with the twins and. Walked out with them to Josh's car.

Greyson looked at me and, asked "Did you get caught with the blue hair?"

I shook my head no and, said "I wore my hoodie all day didn't even get told to take it off."

The minute Josh unlocked his car I laid down and, started to fall asleep. He woke me up and, said "Buckle up now." I refused and, he called Brandon putting him on speaker.

B- What's up Josh?

J- Nothing much but, I have told Chloe four times now to put her seatbelt on and, she either refused or argued with me.

B- Okay I'm at the store now I'll buy some seatbelt guards while I'm here.

With that Josh hung up and, said "Next time Chloe do what your asked because, now you got that privilege taken away."

Josh parked his car in the garage and, let us out as Jackson saw me walk in and, said "Your gonna wear that seatbelt from now on."

Brandon came home and called everyone downstairs and, said "So everyone has a seatbelt guard on one seat in their cars because, Chloe doesn't wear her's so from now on before you drive anywhere you have to buckle her up it's a regular seatbelt but, she can't undo it only people from the outside can so you have to buckle and, unbuckle her."

I threw myself on the sofa and, said "Brandon I'm not a baby I know how I just chose not to."

Jackson crossed his arms and, said "When it comes to protecting you were gonna do whatever it takes and, if we have to buckle and, unbuckle you to keep you alive for if the car crashes were gonna do it because, how do I know that your gonna do it now. I don't so now this is the solution."

I walked upstairs to my room Rylie saw my hair and said "I love your hair."

I covered her mouth and, said "Shh I'm not supposed to have dyed it Brandon is going to yell at me for this if he finds out so it's our secret."

She nodded her head as I laid down on my bed falling asleep. Rylie tried waking me up but Lucas picked her up and, carried her out of room saying "Shh she had a long day let her sleep."

I finally woke up at 11pm seeing Rylie sleeping and, decided that I took enough crap from my brothers so I walked into the living looking for someone's laptop to borrow and, after I spent a good solid fifteen minutes not seeing anyone's in sight I walked upstairs and, sneaked into Cole's bedroom since it was right next to the stairs and, crept around his room looking for his laptop.

I started to regret picking Cole's room to sneak into not because, he's a cop but he's like the lightest sleeper I know and, if I wake him up not only am I gonna get lectured for touching his stuff but, I'm also gonna get yelled at for waking him up because, his sleep is very precious to him.

I quietly shifted around his room trying to be as silent as a ninja when I reached up on his nightstand and found the laptop I quickly gabbed the laptop and, ran off into my room praying I didn't wake him up.

Once I opened his laptop I saw he was already logged in and, texting Amber I almost threw up in my mouth and, quickly closed out of the text messages I went onto an online site and, hooked up my bank account in Colorado to on in LA and, bought a new laptop along with a phone seeing that they weren't gonna arrive for another two days.

I bought cases for both the phone and laptop along with screen protectors. I saw the price in the cart and, mumbled under my breath 'Thank Gosh my mom is a fashion designer and, I have an acting job."

Right before I got ready to put Cole's laptop away I texted my manager Adam.

C- My brother dyed the end of my hair light blue so what color should I dye it into?

A- Don't even change the color I order you hair dye that'll wash out the the permanent dye but, leave in your hair color it'll be at your house Thursday just use it a few times and, it'll wash straight out.

C- Ok thanks  

I deleted the messages of Cole's laptop and, put everything back to normal so he wouldn't even notice.
