I got taken to mount Olympus. I was taken before Zeus. He looked at me with disgust.
"Well well, if it isn't the one and only chosen one. "He said. What in the name of Tartarus did he mean? "A little prophecy said that the one to see whether Olympus would fall or not would be taken to me by the wind. She or he would have a cut on their right eye and would have feathery black wings on their back. I knew it was you when we came down to have dinner in the underworld. So here we are."
"I would never see Olympus to fall! Why in Hades would I?" I said. "Sure, you guys may not like the gods and goddesses of the underworld, but, I would never see Olympus destroyed."
"That's what everyone says. I cannot trust you girl. Because of that, you can no longer be a goddess." All of a sudden I felt weak. Venerable. I saw red blood on my hand from the cut, not golden ichor. Then everything went black.
I wasn't sure whether what happened next was a dream or not but it was very strange. I woke up on a beach. My dress was torn and I wasn't sure where I was. My eyesight became normal. I rub my eyes and see s big buff guy looming over me. He had a spear and looked very intimidating.
"So you're the girl that gets Olympus destroyed or not eh?" He said. "I'm atlas. But that doesn't mean we are friends because we know each other. You are going to help us titans destroy Olympus, if not, well, then your gonna regret it. This is how your gonna do it. Your gonna wake up on a shore at a camp. Make everyone think you're friendly. This camp is a training place for demi-gods. They are heroes in the making. Your gonna befriend them and pretend to help em with the monster invades. If you don't, then, well your gonna see some friends of mine in Tartarus. Anyway, at the last moment, your gonna betray them and help us destroy the camp and Olympus. Sound good?" He says smirking. "Oh and I want you to bring me the son of Poseidon. He goes to that camp. Bring him to me."
"But what about me becoming a goddess? Is that what I will get if I betray the gods?" I ask "And if I bring you this son of Poseidon?"
"Yes. Now let's get that blood to stop shell we?"
I didn't want to go with him but I had no choice. He flung me over his shoulder and took me to a cave near the beach. It was cosy but I was still scared out of my mind. Atlas got some weird potion and made me drink it. Instantly the pain in my eye stopped. My hair fell over my eye, as if to cover it up. I was scared and alone in the world. Then I remember his story.
"Aren't you meant to be holding up the sky or something?" I ask
"Got someone else to hold it for me. Here. Eat this stew. Once you have eaten it, you will fall back asleep." He handed me a bowl of stew. It smelled amazing. I wasn't sure whether to eat it or not, but my stomach told me to eat it.
"So, you want me to betray the gods basically. Betray my family and friends?" I ask as I eat the stew (which was amazing!). "What if I fail? I don't want to be killed."
"You won't be killed kid, because you won't fail. At least I hope not. I'm making a huge risk by doing this."
"How? Wait. Is it because you left your punishment?" I wonder aloud.
"Yes. Now, eat up."
As I ate, I started to feel sleepy. When I finished I almost fell asleep. Before I could Atlas put a necklace around my neck.
"Just tap the necklace and think or say what you want. It will appear magically. Now good night kid. See you soon" He said as I drifted off to sleep.
