The hardest thing I've ever done? Is getting Melione out of the Underworld. She refused to leave. I had to make up the lie about Gary. I hope she forgives me. I didn't realize dad would cut her though. Anyway, I can get the throne now. You guys are probably wondering what I'm talking about. Well, let me explain.
There was a prophecy that a child of Hades and Persephone would become the ruler of the underworld. This happened when my mother was pregnant with Melione. I thought it would be me, until the little brat came along. Alas, I am going to be the new ruler. Now I must go and speak with my father. He has summoned me to the throne room.
"Son. As you know, your sister is now mortal, which makes you very close to becoming the new ruler of the underworld!" Father says.
"Wait, WHAT?!" I yell.
"Well, you have to prove yourself worthy of becoming a king. Your sister, she's trying to stop the Romans invading the Greek demigod's camp. Unless you can prove yourself, you won't become the king, and your sister will become the queen." He says as he strokes his beard. "On second thoughts, if u can run the underworld, then you can be king. Take my place."
I hesitate. Taking over the underworld for a while? Piece of cake! I can do that!
"Ok then father. Let me have a day of doing what you do. It should be easy."
"If you say so." father says as he gets off his throne and heads towards his room. "I'll be back tomorrow!" He calls after him.
I get on his throne and start doing what I can. If I fail this, then my stupid sister is gonna have to die!
