Sarah laid on the sand. Her stomach was bulging from all the seafood she and Remy just ate. "Grabe ka, Remy," she said with her eyes closed. "Hala, bakit ako?" Remy asked. Her nose wrinkled as she rubbed her stomach. Tapos I haven't had that kind of seafood na--ewan, it's just so good. At least we still have a lot for later," Remy exhaled. "Eto naman, naalala ko tuloy yung Finding Nemo eh," Sarah said, then she smiled. "Were there seashells in Finding Nemo?" Remy wonderd. Sarah tried to think. "Di ko na maalala," she said. "Then how come it reminded you of Finding Nemo?" Remy asked. Sarah laughed. She asked, and then she giggled. Remy laughed. "Oo, ganun na nga siguro, ate. Tayo yung shark," Remy claimed. Sarah laughed, too. "'Fish are friends not food'," she copied from the movie with the matching cartoon voice. Remy laughed again. "Say that to the numerous fish we ate from the stream," she snorted. Sarah laughed even more. "Oo nga noh? Grabe tayo kumain ng isda," she said. Remy nodded. "Well, sabi nga nila, 'eat or be eaten'," she said. "Kaya pag ubos na lahat ng pagkain dito sa island, ate, you're free to eat me. Just roast me up like a pig. I'd be good 'cause I have a lot of skin and fats. Remy de Lechon," she added then she laughed. Sarah countered. Remy shook her head. "Eh the only reason why I volunteered myself kasi I'd rather have you eat me kesa me eat you, ano naman makukuha ko sayo? At least ako may laman, may taba, may balat. Remy laughed. "The only laman I'll probably get is your bone marrow," she teased her again. "Tse," Sarah answered which made Remy laugh again. "Hay, gosh, I'm so bloated," Remy complained. Sarah opened her eyes and lifted her head up. "Remy," she started. Then she looked at her worriedly. "Bakit po, ate Sarski?" Remy asked curiously. "May something sa loob mo," Sarah answered. Remy pointed her lips and frowned as she looked at her body. "Umm," she replied. "Seryoso, Remy. May something sa loob mo. Hindi ka pa nakakapag-bawas diba?" Sarah asked with concern. Remy bursted out laughing. Sarah frowned. "Napaka-salbahe nitong batang toh eh," she said, shaking her head. Remy laughed even harder. "Salbahe," Sarah accused. "Salbahe, salbahe, salbahe," she repeated. Remy laughed even more. "Mag-tatampo na talaga ako sayo. Ang sama sama mo sa concerned mong ate," Sarah said with worried eyes. Remy tried to calm herself down. Then she bobbed her eyebrows up and down. "Talaga? Ate na kita?" She asked giddily. Sarah sighed. Ever since yata dumating tayo dito sa isla, parati moko pinapaiyak," Sarah said as she pouted. "Do I?" Remy asked jokingly. "Tse," Sarah replied. Remy laughed. "Lagi kaya. Remy stared at the sand, trying to think. "Ano nasa isip mo?" Sarah asked. "I'm just wondering whether what you just said is good or not," Remy answered. "Umm," Sarah tried to think as well. "Hindi ko rin alam eh," she admitted. "I guess it's good kung hindi ka umiiyak dahil walang nagpapa-iyak sayo or dahil sadyang masaya ka. It's bad kung you don't cry because you try to be strong for too long, or you try to bottle things up inside of you, or talagang masyado ka lang busy kaya wala ka ng oras umiyak," Remy explained. Sarah thought about it hard. "Di ako maka-isip, yung seashell umakyat na ata sa utak ko," she said and both of them laughed. "Seryoso ate, I hope you really are happy. I hope you don't cry kasi masaya ka. You deserve it. Gosh, you deserve to be happy," Remy said seriously. Sarah took a deep breath. She smiled at Remy who smiled back at her, too. "Thank you, Remy. "Ikaw ha, matalino kang bata ka," she added then she pointed at Remy. "What?! What did I do?" Remy asked in shock. "So ano nga nakapag-bawas ka na ba o hindi?" Sarah asked. "Hulaan mo," Remy teased. "Tsk. Remy naman eh. Seryoso ako. Ayoko ng ginagawa mong biro yang health mo. Ano na?" Sarah asked again. Remy laughed. THE POPSTAR ROYALTY, SARAH G, is keeping track of my bowel movements," Remy said. Then she bursted out laughing again. Parehas tayong madungis, parehas tayong walang bahay, parehas tayong basang sisiw pag umuulan, parehas tayong gutom at uhaw pag walang pagkain at inumin, parehas tayong injured, magka-level lang tayo. Remy smiled as she tilted her head towards her idol. "Alam mo, ate. I didn't have to get stuck in this island with you to realize na ikaw nga lahat ng yun. Alam mo, kung tutuusin, you have a lot to brag about. People literally worship the ground you walk on. They want to be just like you. They idolize you. WE idolize you. Yet eto oh. I'm sitting here with the raw Sarah. The raw Sarah na hindi mo pinakawalan despite all of your fame. I didn't have to get stuck in this island with you just to see that. Sobra sobrang kudos to you, ate. Ang hirap hirap to maintain that image that you managed to maintain more than fifteen years later. Kaya kami ng mga totoong sumusuporta sayo, we see that, and we appreciate that. Hindi kami nagkamali ng inidolo. I know how hard it must have been to be a role model, to maintain a positive image, but you did it. Gosh, ate, you did it. And I'm so proud of you. Kaya naintindihan kita nung nag-break down ka sa one of your concerts in the U.S? Yet you smile, you never complain. You give it your all. You give it more than a hundred percent every time they ask you to do something. Grabe, iba ka. Ibang iba ka sa kanila," Remy said. Her eyes softened as she stared at her idol. "Salamat, Remy. Thank you kasi nakikita mo at ninyong lahat yung efforts ko to try and be a good person. Salamat. Na-appreciate ko lahat ng sinabi mo," Sarah said. Her eyes softened, too. Then she took a deep breath.
