Hi guys....This book is under editing so incase you get confused at some parts you'll know why. Thanks for picking my book and I sincerely hope you finish it, lots of love.
-------------------------------
My name is Ashley.
I attend Hanley high school.
I love reading and singing even though I have a very horrible singing voice.
That's the basics.
You'll get to know more as we move on I guess.Monday mornings are the worst, I really hate them especially when I have to go to school on those days. I'm already late so I drag myself out of bed, take my bath, then go through my closet and pick out my clothes for the day. I'm a simple girl so I pick a large orange top and my favourite black jeans and head downstairs.
I live alone, well my parents hardly stay at home because they always have one business or the other to attend to. They send me money everytime and I get to see them once in a while when they have business in town but that is all, I miss them sometimes but I can't stop them from doing their jobs can I? I just wish they came around more.I grab a bottle of water from the fridge and an apple just in time to hear Sophie disturbing the entire neighbourhood with her car horn. I grab my bag and run out the front door not forgetting to lock the door. I get into Sophia's black audi and she shoves a paperback in front of me.
"Hey big bitch, you ready for school" Sophie shouts over her loud music. Meet Sophie, my really loud best friend, she likes to call herself the baddest bitch and she can really get rude sometimes but I don't mind because she always makes sure no one says shit to me
"How are you so hyper this early morning??" I ask and she rolls her eyes at me. I open the bag to find sandwiches "When you get home today tell your mum that I think she's an angel for making these" I tell Sophie"No can't do, she's ruining my reputation already by packing up food for me. Besides anyone can make sandwiches, you are just too lazy" she replies. Sophie's mum works from home so she's always home and in Soph's business (that's what she says)
"I don't understand why you're complaining because I eat all the food for you and you better don't say anything to her because I think I'm going to die if she stops doing this" I tell her while stuffing my face with all the sandwiches, she just rolls her eyes and ignores me.
We finally get to school thankfully without Sophie hurling insults at other drivers, it seems like she's in a good mood today. She finds a parking spot and pulls the car to a stop. I whip out my phone and text Caleb to ask where he's at, that's my other best friend if you are wondering.
"No need to text him, he's right in front of us" Sophie tells me and as we get down from the car we see Caleb coming down from his convertible, he waves at a couple of people who are staring at him before walking towards us.
"Way to draw attention to yourself Cay" Sophie rolls her eyes.
"Dude I didn't do anything wrong, you're just jealous""Jealous of who? You? Bitch please"
"I don't know but can you guys put away your bickering for a day and just act like civil humans for once?" I ask interrupting them before it turns into a large argument.
"No way" They say in unison and Caleb laughs drawing more attention to us and I groan. They behave so much alike sometimes. We enter the hallway and walk towards our lockers, Soph and I have our lockers side by side while Caleb's is a little farther down the hall but he walks with us to ours probably to annoy Soph more. By the time we get to our locker, we notice everyone staring in the same direction and just like that I knew who just walked in.
There's no definite hierarchy in our school, we don't have the stereotype annoying bitch and her cronies but we have these guys. They fit perfectly for the assholes of the school, what with how popular they are and how handsome they are, the only thing is that they aren't actually assholes. At least not all of them just one of them and he always mostly an asshole to just me. So it's no surprise when they walk in and they have the attention of the school even me.
The biggest fuck boy of them all, Aaron starts winking at all the girls in the hallway and they all swoon, and of course they would what with his brown almost gold eyes and brown hair that he always run his hand through to make it look tousled.
Then there's Cole who can be incredibly stupid and the only athletic one amongst the three, he is also really cute with his blue eyes and blond hair, he is really nice and talks more than half of the student body.
And then my very own nemesis Mr high and mighty Dylan. I roll my eyes, he doesn't acknowledge much people as he strolls down the hall. He has grey eyes and really black hair which helps him pull off his gloomy act which all the girls of course love, something I don't understand. Our eyes lock and he gives me a very intense look of hatred. Insufferable bastard, I don't swear much but when it comes to him I just can't stop myself. I tear my eyes away from his gaze, take what I need from my locker and stomp down the hall leaving my besties to run after me.
