soobin: "I can't believe Kai really made you one."

soobin: "Why did he make you one?"

y/n: "He just wants me to not feel so scared of liking someone again, I guess. It's like a test run. Nothing serious."
soobin: "Okay, but just be careful. There are all kinds of creeps on there."
y/n: "I know."
soobin: "And just because they're cute doesn't mean they don't have bad intentions. Sometimes people are really evil."
y/n: "I signed up on a dating app, not a cult app. Calm down."
soobin: "I'm just saying."
y/n: "Is this why you wanted to do a boba run? So you could give me dating advice?"
soobin: "No! I just... I mean, we haven't gotten boba in awhile, anyway."

soobin: (clears throat) "Let's talk about something else."

soobin: "I feel nauseous just thinking about it. Plus the coach keeps making these side comments."

soobin: "Like 'Soobin, was that a frown I just saw?' or 'Soobin, remember, no violence.' And he says it like it's a joke but it's not really that funny."
y/n: "You should tell him that. That's pretty lame of him to be saying all of that stuff."
soobin: "I'm gonna tough it for now. I'll prove to him that I belong on the team."
y/n: "You shouldn't have to prove yourself, though. You're amazing."
soobin: "You really think so?"
y/n: "I mean, from what I saw during your try out, duh."
soobin: (laughs) "Thanks."

soobin: "He had to do homework."

soobin: "I'll have matcha bubble tea."

y/n: (pulls out wallet)
soobin: (shakes head) "It's on me."
y/n: "I can pay for my own drink."
soobin: "It's fi--"
mrs. kai: "Is this a date?"
y/n: "A date? No."
soobin: "No."
y/n: "Not a date."
soobin: "Yeah, no."
mrs. kai: "Okay. Just a question."
soobin: (pays 7.42)
y/n: "You're off the hook this time, but next time we get boba, it's on me."
soobin: "Fair enough. Hey, is your Oreo snow any good?"
y/n: "Always. You can try some when our drinks are ready."
soobin: "Okay. Have you had matcha bubble tea before?"

soobin: "You can try some of mine, too, then."
