hueningkai: "I'm back. The party can begin."
soobin: "It's been a couple days, man, how do you feel?"
hueningkai: "Better. My cough has died down. Besides, I had to get better. I'm back just in time for the Fall Ball tomorrow."
annie: "Did I hear Fall Ball?"
hueningkai: "Annie. You're so good at popping up out of nowhere. Like... literally nowhere."
annie: "It's my specialty. So, you guys are going, right?"
hueningkai: "Like always."
annie: "And Soobin?"
soobin: "If they're going, so am I."
annie: "Are you bringing your girlfriend?"
soobin: "I can ask her, yeah."
annie: "Great! I can't wait to see you guys there!"
hueningkai: "I think I feel sick again."
y/n: (smack)
hueningkai: "Ow."
y/n: "We'll see you there, Annie."
[ANNIE leaves]
y/n: "Be nice."
hueningkai: "She's annoying."
y/n: "Never mind that. So, what are we wearing?"
soobin: "Is there a theme?"
hueningkai: "Not really. But [y/n] and I always like to try to match."
soobin: "No wonder people think you guys are dating each other."
hueningkai: "What? Who thinks that?"
soobin: "Nearly everyone."
y/n: "It's unfortunately true."
hueningkai: "Ew."
y/n: "That's how I felt."
hueningkai: "Okay. Maybe no matching this year."
y/n: "Deal."
hueningkai: "Let's just dress up. Soobin, you have nice clothes, right?"
soobin: "If by nice you mean a little more formal, no."
hueningkai: "Oh, okay. I'll lend you something."
soobin: "Thanks."
annie: "Do you need a tie?"
hueningkai: "Je-sus, Annie. Would you cut that out?"
annie: "Sorry. I just overheard that last bit."
hueningkai: "I thought you already left--"
y/n: "Annie, that would be great. Thanks."
annie: "No problem. I'll bring it tomorrow. Speaking of: [y/n], are you bringing your boyfriend? That basketball captain?"
y/n: "I don't know. I wasn't thinking of that."
annie: "Other school peers can come."
y/n: "Noted."
[ANNIE leaves]
soobin: "You're gonna bring Yeonjun?"
y/n: "I don't know. Should I?"
soobin: "No--"
hueningkai: "Yes--"
(silence)
hueningkai: "Yes because I'm sure he'd love to come."
soobin: "No because..."
hueningkai: "Because...?"
soobin: "I just get weird vibes from the guy."
hueningkai: "He gave [y/n] a signed BTS album!"
soobin: "Exactly. Don't you think that's a little too over the top for a first date gift?"
hueningkai: "A little but he's well off and--"
y/n: "Hello. I'm still here."
soobin & hueningkai: "Sorry."
y/n: "I'll ask Yeonjun if he wants to come."
soobin: "Really?"
y/n: "Really. Plus, if I bring Yeonjun then people can stop thinking Kai and I secretly have a thing for one another."
soobin: "There are other ways of proving that."
y/n: "Like what?"
soobin: "I..." (sighs) "I've got nothing."
y/n: "I'm asking Yeonjun."
(bell rings)
y/n: "I've gotta go to class. See you guys later."
[Y/N leaves]
hueningkai: "Why do you not like Yeonjun so much?"
soobin: "He was rude during the game. Am I the only one who still remembers that?"
hueningkai: "That was just court talk, though. He treats [y/n] nice. We want [y/n] to end up with a nice guy for a change, right?"
soobin: "Of course."
hueningkai: "Then let it be Yeonjun. The choice is up to her."
