soobin: "They're... they're going."
girlfriend: "Going well or going terribly?"

girlfriend: "Soobin... look, I'm telling you. You need to be more selective about your friends over there."
soobin: "Kai and [y/n] are nothing but nice to me."
girlfriend: "But look at all the shit they drag you into."
soobin: "They don't mean to."
girlfriend: "But what if they do?"
soobin: "What's that supposed to mean?"
girlfriend: "I didn't want to say anything but... I'm pretty sure that when I was visiting you there, I overheard [y/n] talking on the phone with someone."
soobin: "With who?"
girlfriend: "Her ex, I think? It sounded like they were planning something and then I heard your name in the conversation."
soobin: "What did they even say?"
girlfriend: "I don't remember anymore."
soobin: "How do you even know it was her ex?"
girlfriend: "She sounded like she missed him. I don't know."
soobin: "Like she missed him?"
girlfriend: "Mhm."
soobin: "[girlfriend], [y/n] hates her ex. He literally ruined a large chunk of her self-confidence."
girlfriend: "Just because she acts like she hates her ex, doesn't mean she actually does."
soobin: "I'll ask her about this tomorrow."
girlfriend: "No, don't."
soobin: "Why?"
girlfriend: "You don't want to upset her and think you don't trust her, right?"
soobin: "I do trust her, which is why I want to ask her."
girlfriend: "Don't. Trust me. Just leave it alone. If she's really your friend, she'll tell you herself."
soobin: "I mean, I guess... I don't know... it just doesn't sound like her to plot something. She's not like that at all."
girlfriend: "Who are you going to trust: me or her? You haven't even been friends with her for a year."
soobin: "I don't have to be friends with her for a year to know that she's a good person."
girlfriend: "Fine. Look, I'm tired. I'm gonna head to bed."
soobin: "Are you mad?"
girlfriend: "No."
soobin: "Good. Don't be. I get what you're saying but you've gotta understand that [y/n] has really been there for me this school year, in more ways than she even knows. She's a good friend. Really."
girlfriend: "I hope so, for your sake."
