Em's POV
Who would have thought Dylan would have been as nice as he was. He was so amazing to me and I'm glad he asked me out. I mean he is nothing compared to Luke but Luke doesn't like me. He even told me and now I need to get over him like he did with me.
Dylan has been telling me about his sister, Jess, and how she is touring with a new band.
It's my birthday today but nobody knows here since I only hang around with Dylan. I wasn't expecting anything but when I opened my front door to leave, I was astonished when I found a bunch of flowers on my doorstep. Inside the flowers there was an envelope. I opened it and found tickets to see One Direction on Sunday. It didn't say who it was by but my guess is Dylan. I must thank him later.
Luke's POV
It's been a while since me and Em have spoke and today is her birthday. I knew exactly what I was getting her but I will message her first.
To: Emmy😘
Hey, I've missed you. Happy Birthday! xxxxxxx
My phone immediately buzzed.
From: Emmy😘
HOW DARE YOU TALK TO ME! YOU DONT LIKE ME BUT EXPECT ME TO TALK TO YOU! DONT MESSAGE ME AGAIN! 😡
To: Emmy😘
I don't know what your on about babe, I've gotta go but I'll message you later xxxx
I was shocked about her reply. Why would she hate me? Before I did anything else I rang up to get Em's present done. She was to have flowers outside her door any second now and they will put he envelope I left there with it. I just wish I could see her face when she opened it.
I decided to check all my messages before I messaged her. One of the messages caught my eye.
To:Emmy😘
Actually u know what I don't miss you and that girl is actually my new girlfriend. She is way better than u. Ur probably just flirting with all the guys in Australia because nobody actually likes you.
I would never send that. Jess is the only one who has been near my phone. Her phone was sitting right there so I decided I better do a check.
After 10 minutes of searching I found a message saying that ' it was done' and that ' Em would be coming to him any second'. Who is Dylan anyway? that guy from Music? There was an unread message from him so I read it,
From: lil bro😝
Hey, it worked. Em agreed to go out with me. Thanks big sis! x
I quickly pushed the mark as unread button and headed down the stairs. Everything was making sense. I knew Dylan had something for her but I didn't think he would stoop so low.
*flashback*
I was just minding my own business when my teacher said we had a new student. I had heard there was a girl student and apparently she was beautiful so I couldn't help but look up but instead I found a guy. Disappointment.
As the day went by I got to know him and he told me his name was Dylan and how he moved here from London.
" Oh, Luke have you seen the new girl yet?" he seemed to be blushing.
" Erm, no but apparently she is very pretty" he nodded, obviously he had met her. " I've gotta go to reception but I'll see you after lunch bye!" he walked in one direction and I walked to Ash's house to see if he had anything he needed help with. I was met by Michael and Cal saying he went to get Beth and her friend from the airport, they said that they went to get Em signed at school just incase. Even though she wouldn't be going for a while.
*Flashback ends*
He is a good guy but I wanted to be the guy she needed in life. I wanted to be there for her through everything. I need to see her once more and I will on Sunday since we are touring with One Direction. I sent her 2 tickets so she wouldn't be alone but now I regret it. We will just have to wait and see.
