Ashton's POV
I woke up and turned on my side to put my arm around Beth but she wasnt there. I opened my eyes to find that her space on the bed was empty. Despite my anger from last night, I missed her. The covers were torn back and her slippers were not in her usual place. I started wondering where she had gone. She had probably just gone downstairs because she was hungry or something. As i was about to get out of bed i saw the wardrobe doors were open and clothes were thrown around the room to add to the mess I already created last night. I had no idea what was going on until i saw that the suitcase that was once in the corner of the room was missing. She wouldnt leave me would she. We have only been living together for a week and I know we aren't on the best terms from last night but I couldn't deny that I still loved her. Panicking i ran to the spare room and woke the others up.
"LUKE, MICHAEL, CALUM WAKE UP BETHS GONE AND WHERE IS EM?" i screamed. The boys slowly opened their eyes and realisation set on their faces.
"what wait they are gone?" Luke sat up quickily
"COME ON" i ran out the room and nearly falling down the stairs, "BETH! EM! "
"Ashton we are in here calm down" i heard her call from the living room
"what whats going on" i asked worried
"Okay look me and Em we have to go back to London okay but not for long. Somethings happened and Em needs to be there for her family. But i promise i will come back Ash" she said with a sad face
"But will you?" i asked choking up
"Of course i will" she said
"but what if you dont" i said worried
"erm well" was all she replied
"go ahead! rip my heart out! But if you dont know if you'll be back then just let me go" i said crying
"i, i..." she started but was cut off by Luke walking in.
Beth's POV
I was about to tell Ashton that i could never leave him but i was stopped by Luke walking in the room. I looked at Em. She had to tell him that we were going back to London. They weren't dating but they were really close which made it harder for her to let her go. She was looking at the ground and when she looked up her face showed affection and sadness. I then realized she wouldnt be able to tell him because he was her dream right now. Dressed in a lose muscle tee with a wolf on and a beanie with flat hair there was no way she would be able to tell him. I looked at Em and she looked at me back. Understand what the look meant i told him.
"Hey, Luke listen we have to go back to London for a short while, okay? But dont worry if we dont come back we will definitely visit" i said still crying from what just happened with Ashton. I had to try and be the strong one here. Em normally was but she couldnt, not now.
Luke looked at me and then looked at Em who was crying silently. He then walked over to her and embraced her in his arms. He mumbled something into her hair which sounded something like that he will never forget her or what they had. I was now full on crying and i couldnt take it anymore. I grabbed my suitcase took Em's hand and led her outside. Ashton and Luke followed and Michael and Calum joined us. I couldnt take anymore explaining so i left Ashton to do that. Our Taxi pulled up and we began walking down the path.
We were about to get into the Taxi when i felt a hand clasp my shoulder. I turned around to see Ashton standing behind me.
"If you think this is what loves all about then just let me go"
He closed the door and walked away before i had a chance to tell him i dont know.
