Ashton's POV
I read the message slowly out loud. I thought about what to say.
To: Bethany <3
Okayy, well i will be around at about 12 so i will come and get you. I cant be late 'cause i am your neighbour ;) x
I spent ages debating whether to send a kiss or not, when I heard the boys coming into the room. I put a kiss and sent the text. It was 11:30, what if she's busy? What if she doesn't reply in time. My phone vibrated. I quickly grabbed it and saw that it was from Beth.

Heyy, okay sure, lol :)x
i smiled at my phone and the boys must of noticed because i could feel their eyes burning on me.
"So guys, erm my next door neighbour, Bethany, she's coming over today so be on your best behaviour, pleaseee?" I said nervousily
"Ashton, you are the one who is immature" Michael said
I gave him the 'are-you-sure-about-that' look.
"Okayy, well we can be you know stupid sometimes" said Luke
"Thats what i thought" i said laughing
"Oh she isnt going to meet Calum" Luke stated
"I dont know whether that is a good thing or bad thing" i said jokingly, "well i will go and get her bye guys"
"Im pretty sure she wont get lost Ash" said Luke
"You never know" i said winking
i rushed out the door to her house. i rang the bell nervously. She opened the door with a big smile. Wow. She looked amazing, her ombre'd hair flowing just past her shoulders. She was wear a pair of blue shorts with a baggy white vest top with a cute flowery design.
"And you still managed to be late?" she said
"Well, thats me" i said laughing
She laughed with me. Was i really late. Opps. We walked into my house. I told her that my friends were here and she was fine with that so i stopped worrying.
"Guys this is Bethany. Bethany this is Luke and Michael. Calum isn't here today" i said pointing to them in turn.
"Hey" Michael and Luke said.
"Hi, I'm Beth" she said. Suddenly her accent became really noticeable
"She's british" Luke said with a grin on his face, "Awesome!"
"Yeah, i am" She said laughing.
After a couple of slices of pizza's later i took her back to her place. Her dad talked to me and i hope he doesnt think i am just another one of those boys. I didnt realize how much we have in common. I asked her what pizza she wanted and she said just a cheese and tomato one. Literally me. Then Luke asked he what her obsession was and she said Vanilla Scented Candles. Literally me. I took my phone out to text her...

Heyy, i had a great time today. Maybe we could do it again some time. x
I didn't have to wait long for a reply

I smiled and turned my phone off. Today was amazing, i hope she likes me as much as i like her... Wait... was that my first date?
