"I still can't believe you slapped Parkinson!"
I giggled slightly and I looked over at Katie. We were on the way to Hogwarts on the train and Katie had been going on about how I scared off Parkinson.
"Yeah.... but she was brutal....."
Katie and Nicole nodded in agreement and someone tapped on the glass of our compartment door. I looked over to see Draco, I smiled and gestured him to come in. He opened the door and sat down next to me.
"Hey babe..."
He kissed me softly and I blushed, he smirked and wrapped an arm around my waist. I looked over at Katie and Nicole who were smirking and rolled my eyes.
"Oh come on.... it's not like you two haven't been talking to some so called Weasley twins...."
They both blushed bright red and me and Draco laughed. Most people in Slytherin and Gryffindor knew that Katie and Nicole had been chatting with the Weasley twins and that they even helped them with a few pranks before. I smiled and looked over at the compartment door, I saw the Trio walk by us with the Weasley twins. I waved at Hermione and she saw me and waved back. This caused the Weasley twins to look into our compartment.
"Oh.... look who it is~"
I smirked as Katie and Nicole look out at the Weasley twins. They smiled and waved at them, gesturing them to go with them. Katie and Nicole awkwardly looked at me and I giggled.
"Go...."
"Huh??"
"I said go..... who knows... maybe you two will get into a relationship~"
I smirked as they both blushed red, I laughed as they walked out of the compartment with the twins and looked over at Draco.
"Why did you let them go??"
I giggled and sat on Draco's lap.
"I wanted some alone time~"
He smirked and started kissing me, I blushed and kissed back. I felt a hand go up my shirt but before it could do anything the train stopped, causing me to fall of Draco's lap. I groaned at sat back down on the chair, Draco pouted.
"It was just getting good~"
I giggled slightly and looked out the window.
"Why did we stop??"
"I don't know...... we aren't anywhere near Hogwarts yet....."
I frowned and stared out the window, I could see some dark figures get on the train. I put my hand on the glass to look outside but Draco pulled my hand away, I turned around to look at him.
"What is it love??"
He pointed to the glass which was now frozen, I gasped and felt a shiver go down my spine.
"I-it's getting colder...."
I moved closer to Draco and he wrapped his arms around my waist.
"It's ok love....."
I rested my head on his chest and we both laid there for a while. I closed my eyes and sighed, after some time I felt Draco's grip around me tighten. I opened my eyes and saw a dark cloaked figure open our compartment door. Dementors..... I stood up and pointed my wand at it, it didn't seem to pay attention to me and moved closer to Draco. As it moved closer it started sucking the life out of him, I watched in fear and gripped my wand tighter. No one is taking him from me......
"Expecto Patronum!!!"
A bright light came out of my wand and turned into a dragon. It sent the Dementor flying backwards and soon made it leave. I lowered my wand and breathed heavily, I felt two arms around me and a head in the crook of my neck.
"You ok love??"
Draco didn't answer and I furrowed my eyebrows. I turned around so that he was looking at me and I could see tears in his eyes.
"Princess..... please don't do that again...."
He wrapped his arms tighter around my waist and held me close. I smiled slightly and kissed him passionately, he kissed back and we both sat down. The train started moving again and a figure appeared at the door. Draco stood up and pointed his wand at the figure, while guarding me with the other arm.
"It's alright..... I'm not going to hurt you...."
I stood up and looked over Draco's shoulder. There was a man standing there, he had to be a teacher, he had brown hair and kind eyes. He stood tall but slouched slightly and he had three scars across his face.
"R. J. Lupin......"
He raised his eyebrows and smiled.
"Surprised you know about me......."
I nodded and tapped Draco's shoulder for him to put his wand down.
"My mother talks about you...... you both went to Hogwarts..."
Lupin smiled and moved forward.
"And who is your mother??"
I paused for a moment and looked down.
"Alice Lightwood...."
He seemed surprised and smiled warmly.
"Yes I knew your mother very well...... also your father, Damien..... they were both amazing students....."
I smiled slightly and stood beside Draco. He put his hand around my waist and Lupin chuckled.
"And of course..... you must be Mr. Malfoy....."
"It's Draco sir....."
He nodded and looked back at me.
"You are able to perform the Patronus Charm??"
I blushed slightly and nodded. I had never actually gotten it to work though......
"I practiced with my mother but it never seemed to work..."
Lupin smiles warmly and looked back at Draco.
"You alright Draco?? You look a bit pale...."
I looked over at Draco and Lupin was right. He looked as white as a ghost, I sat him down on the chair and he rested his head on my shoulder.
"That Dementor took a bite out of him....."
Lupin nodded and handed me something, chocolate??
"Give him this..... I'll make him feel better..."
I nodded and Lupin left us alone. I leaned back against the wall and Draco rested his head on my chest.
"Love??"
I looked down at him and smiled.
"Just rest Draco...... we will be at Hogwarts soon..."
He nodded and held me close, closing his eyes. Wonder what type of year this one will be......
