Chapter 24: The Whomping Willow and Werewolf?!

"Draco you need to sleep..... it's been three days..."
"NO!! I'm not leaving her side!!!"
"At least eat something! Your so pale..... Dawn wouldn't want to see you like this..."

There was a long pause and I heard Draco sigh, I heard footsteps slowly fade away from me and felt someone sit beside me, holding my hand.
"Dawn...... you have to always scare me..."
I smiled slightly and slowly opened my eyes.
"D-Draco??"
I looked down at him and sat up, he instantly hugged me close and kissed me intensely. I blushed and cupped his cheek, holding him close.
"Shhh.... it's ok love, I'm here..."
He sat on the bed and I crawled onto his lap, I held him close and I could hear him slightly cry.
"Draco......"
"No! It's too many times I have almost lost you! I don't want to lose you again....."
I smiled slightly and kissed him softly, he relaxed and sighed.
"Your not going to lose me..... I'll always be here.... ok??"
Draco nodded slowly and held me closer. I smiled and rested my head against his shoulder. I was about to close my eyes when I heard him mumble.
"You've made me soft love......."
I giggled slightly and kissed his cheek.
"Your only allowed to be soft around me...."
Draco smiled and hugged me close. We walked out of the hospital wing and into the Great Hall. I walked over to the Slytherin table and was engulfed in a hug by Katie and Nicole.
"You scared us... so much!! Harry woke up the same day!! You've been out for a while..."
I giggled slightly and pouted.
"I'm sorry.... he hit my head pretty hard.."
Katie and Nicole nodded, glaring in the direction of the Golden Trio. I looked over at the Trio as they were in deep conversation.
"Why does it look like they're planning something??"
I raised an eyebrow and looked over at Nicole.
"I agree..... knowing Potter he'll probably go off and try to find the man who is trying to kill him."
I rolled my eyes and giggled slightly as the rest of the Slytherin table heard me and started laughing. Some Gryffindors looked over at us with confused faces, I looked up to see Potter staring at me. I looked at Draco who hadn't noticed and looked back at Potter. He kept on staring at me, not paying attention to what Weasley or Hermione were saying. Suddenly I felt a tug on my waist, I looked up to see Draco as he looked down at me.
"Eyeing up Potter are you??"
I bursted out laughing and almost fell off my seat.
"Potter?! Out of all people Potter?! Merlin no! He's just been staring at me, I was just waiting for you to realise~"
I smirked and giggled slightly as Draco pulled me closer and attacked my neck with kisses.
"You know I would get jealous~"
I nodded and smiled, looking back over to the Gryffindor table. The Trio has got up and left the Great Hall, I eyed them as they left, determination written all over their faces.
"They're up to something...... and I don't think it's a good thing..."

Time skip~ at the Whomping Willow

Me, Katie and Nicole hid behind a tree as we watched the Golden Trio walked out from the Whomping Willow. I watched as Ron limped out as he was supported by Professor Lupin and..... Sirius Black?! My eyes widened as I saw the man who wanted to kill Harry Potter, help one of his best friends!! Nicole tapped my shoulder and pointed to a tree closer to the rest of them. We ran over to the tree and peeked behind it, I then saw Harry and Hermione walk out pointing their wands at someone. That's when Wormtail walked out of the Whomping Willow, his hands up in surrender. I scowled under my breath at the idiot cower at the two thirteen year olds, Wormtail was supposed to be my grandfather's servant, I knew the coward never had it in him.
"They may be about to leave..... let's go!"
We ran out and pointed our wands at the people in front of us, blocking their path back to Hogwarts.
"Stop right there!!"
I pointed my wand directly at Sirius Black, Katie pointed hers at Lupin while Nicole pointed hers at the Trio.
"Dawn what are you doing?!"
"None of your business Potter, and of course you would want to bring one of Azkaban's most wanted wizards into Hogwarts!"
I glared down Potter and looked back to Sirius Black, he looked down at me and chuckled.
"My my, for a moment there I thought that I was looking at Alice..... you must be her daughter...."
I gave him at stern look and nodded my head, he looked over at Lupin and smiled. Lupin looked at me and smiled warmly.
"Now now Dawn, we don't want this to end like this....."
I scoffed and rolled my eyes, I wasn't believe any of this.
"I still knew you two were buddies, the Marauders are finally back together."
I looked at Sirius, Lupin and Wormtail who looked at me in complete shock.
"Well..... most of them..."
As I was about to cast a spell, something shone behind me. I looked back to see the full moon beaming towards us, I looked back at Lupin who was frozen, shit....

I grabbed Katie and Nicole and moved them away from Lupin, only to be stopped by Potter.
"What do you think your doing here Dawn?! You could get-."
"Not now Potter! I don't think Lupin got those scars from a fight...."
Just then, Professor Snape came out of the Whomping Willow, glaring us all down.
"Do you lot know how much danger your getting into?!"
I nodded and pointed behind him. The first kind and sweet Professor Lupin has now turned into a snarling, terrifying werewolf. Snape noticed and shielded us from the creature, only to be swept away moments later. I could hear Hermione scream as the beast moved closer to us, I tried to concentrate and activate my powers but fear had taken over my body and I couldn't activate them.
Thankfully, a black dog jumped in the way of us and went to attack the creature.
"Children go!!"
Everyone made a run for it back to the castle, but I couldn't move. I was frozen in fear as the beast walked closer to me.
"Dawn! Come on!!"
Suddenly the werewolf turned in the direction of Katie and Nicole. It snarled it's teeth as it came closer, Nicole walked back in fear as Katie grabbed onto her. I watched as the beast moved closer to them, not my friends you filthy mutt. I felt my eyes glow white as a white dragon escaped my body, fending off against the werewolf. Katie and Nicole ran over to me as we watched the battle, but the creature slowly turned its attention back to us. It ran at us with full speed and I put my hands up for protection, slamming my eyes shut. There was a sudden gasp as I heard a thud on the floor, I opened my eyes to see my father standing in front of me, one of his eyes was white while the other was black. Before the beast could get up, my father grabbed Professor Snape and grabbed a hold of me.
"Hold on ladies."
I grabbed Katie and Nicole as we apperated out of Hogwarts.
