Janae's POV

Val and I decide to get our parents together so they could meet. I was driving my parent to meet them at the restaurant. My parents were excited to meet Val's. They were just chatting away as if they don't spend all their time together. I thought it was cute. They were so madly in love with each other. When my father went through his cancer treatments both rounds my mom started to get sick too. They were so connected that if one was sick the other would get sick too. My parents had told me when the doctors had to treat me when I started coding after Eva, Roman had shut down completely just rocking Eva. I pulled into the parking lot and parked. "How can you talk to each other so much and never run out of anything to say?" I smiled getting out.

"The same way Roman is only a chatter box around you and you two never run out of things to say to each other." My mom smiled.

"That's because when I'm quiet for long periods of time it makes him nervous." I laughed.

"The same thing with your mother, silence is scary from the woman you love. Only thing that goes through your mind is did I leave the toilet seat up in the middle of the night again." My dad hugged me. We walked in and were greeted by a very perky blonde. She led us to Val's table where he sat with his parents. He stood up and smiled when he saw me. "I thought you were going to change." He laughed kissing my cheek.

"I had to feed Eva, pee, and get my parents. You are going to have to deal with my work clothes." I laughed.

"You look beautiful, hi baby." He touched my belly.

"He or she was moving around while I was driving. Anyway mom dad this is Luka and Carly Muller. Mr. and Mrs. Muller these are my parents Diana and Jerome Jackson." I introduced them. "They have been excited to meet you all day."

"It's so nice to meet you guys. You have an amazing son." My mom hugged his mom.

"You raised a good one." My dad shook his dad's hand.

"Janae is just so sweet." His dad smiled.

   "She's something." Carly smiled too.

"Why don't we sit?" Val suggested.

"Yeah." I sat by him and our parents started chatting with each other about themselves. That seemed nice they hit it off. I looked at Val and he seemed content with that. "Sorry we haven't been able to talk." He sighed.

"It's all good. Maybe if they hit it off well enough my parents and entertain yours for a bit so we can discuss everything that needs to be done."

"We can only hope." He chuckled. The waiter came by and took all of our orders. Luka was telling a story about when Val was little and the baby started to move around like crazy. I grabbed Val's hand and placed it where I could feel it. "You probably can't feel but the baby is moving right there." I looked at him.

"What does it feel like?" He asked.

"A bag of popcorn in the microwave, it's burst of movement here and there." I smiled.

"Well I want to feel it. You have an appointment tomorrow afternoon." He said.

"Oh yeah, thank you for reminding me." I smiled. He rested his hand on my thigh and I hugged his arm. I looked up at him and he was looking mighty good. "Do you want to come over tonight?" I whispered.

   "And?" He smiled.

"Yup." I knew he got what I was saying.

   "Sure." He squeezed my thigh.
