Song: Black Star - Avril Lavigne
--
Black star, black star,
Forever you will be
A shining star, shining star
Be whatever you can be
A rock star, rock star
You will always be
A black star, black star, black star.

I woke up in a warm bed. I felt something wrapped around me and I touched it. Zane's hands were wrapped around me.
I smiled and tried to get up from the bed without waking him, but I had no such luck.
"Where are you going? I'm going to get cold," Zane said.
I shook my head and laughed, "Its seven. I like to take showers before everyone in the morning.
"Whatever." He said and rolled over, going back to sleep.
I went out of his room closing the door silently behind me and went into Hailey's room to grab clothes.
I looked through my bag for my short denim shorts and a tee shirt.
I took them out and got everything I needed to take my shower. I got in and scrubbed all of the grubby dirt off of me from not taking a shower yesterday.
After staying in for a good ten more minutes before washing my hair, I got out. I slipped my clothes on and glanced at the clock.
It was eight. So, Hailey was probably wondering were I was.
I walked down the steps and into the kitchen. Hailey was eating some toast and orange juice.
"Where were you this morning?" She asked.
I went over to the fridge and got the orange juice out, pouring it into a cup, "Taking a shower."
Hailey nodded and I was surprised that she bought it. It wasn't a lie. I was taking a shower.
I looked out the window to see the rain had slightly stopped today. Only a light drizzle was coming from the sky.
"The competition is tomorrow,' Hailey said.
I nodded, "I know, aren't you excited?"
"Duh, who wouldn't be," she said.
I laughed, "I don't know."
Zane came into the kitchen and it was really quite. I finished my orange juice and then remembered something.
I got out my phone and dialed my moms number. The electricity was working today, thankfully, or else my phone would be dead.
"Hello?" She said.
"Hey, Sophie said you found a house," I said.
She laughed, "Yeah, but we wont be moving in until we can pay for it. It will only be about three or four more days though. You'll love the house."
I smiled, "Good."
"Angel! Don't touch that!" I heard a crash on the floor and my mom groaned, "Honey, I have to go sorry. Bye sweetie."
"Bye," I said.
I hung up and put my plate in the dish washer. I washed my hands and dried them off on the towel.
